This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Every time we go, they do not make it properly. The Italian herb and cheese bread is basically white bread. I paid over $18 for a foot long tuna sub to not even get it made right. It was an online pre order. The instructions are printed very clear. I asked for toasted, she did not toast it. When I selected the tomatoes, I selected ‘less’ and on top of that I typed in special instructions to put on only half please. Tomatoes were on the whole sub. I asked for ‘more’ green peppers, barely any put on. I also selected a bottled Pepsi, and got the fountain cup of Pepsi. To add to all of that, the order was not even completed 20 minutes after I placed it. My boyfriend had to wait for her to make it.

Every time I visit this Subway location, I have a great experience. The owners working behind the counter are always friendly and remember my order each time I come in. It’s quite rare to see owners actively working, but this location truly stands out as fantastic.

Almost $20 for a foot long combo is outrageous. You might as well go down the road to a real Italian restaurant and get your moneys worth. Subway will declare bankruptcy eventually with these prices

I visited this outlet yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. The staff was extremely disrespectful and rude. They refused to honor my app order because I used a promo code.
When I raised a complaint through the website, the store manager or owner responded by saying there was a misunderstanding with the promos. I believe this was in reference to me asking them to confirm the offer with Subway.
Based on my experience and after reading similar reviews, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Beware of this store I placed a online accidentally at location I called right away to let them know not to prepare the sandwiches and asked if they can cancel it the lady over the phone was very rude said that she couldn’t cancel but I can pick up sandwiches I told her I was way too far in order for that to happen I asked for a manager and now they will not answer my phone calls

Been here before but only just now writing a review of this place. it is a nice small subway with chairs if you want to eat there, and easy ordering process. used to come in all the time and ordered the same thing, the workers knew my order, and offered me a free cookie even if i don’t want one at that time. Also went here during the pandemic, and used the curbside option as it was cold and i didn’t really want to move out of the car. it was an amazing experience, as my order was ready when i got there, and delivered right to my car!
Went here yesterday (1/10/2023) and ordered subway to go. As another user said “Sometimes you just feel like subway!” walked in, there was no one there, but immediately heard a voice and a smiling face. perfect welcome btw. i ordered the italian herbs and cheese footlong with chicken terriki. (which is a subway favorite of mine) had provologne cheese with it. after they toasted it, for my toppings i put lettuce, onions, pickles, green peppers, black olives, and the sweet onion sauce. told the guy i wanted it to go, and also purchased a salt and vingar chips that i like. was offered a drink, and a cookie. said no thanks to the drink, as i got soda at home that i drank with my meal. but was given a free cookie. amazing customer service with this subway. Also paid with a gift card and it went through right away. Went home and gobbled down my chicken terriki sandwich! hopefully will be back soon!

Terrible nasty people… they should not be owners of this establishment they give subway a bad rap… they never take coupons I believe the Monroe and Chester locations are affiliated… they make up rules as they go along… they DO NOT take coupons why do I receive them if they are not honored at my local subway??? I have a gift card for $50 bucks I will be contacting corporate for my money back…
