I ordered from you twice on Uber Eats you do not follow instructions. You did the same thing twice. First time I thought it could have been a mistake. But you did it again today. You don’t follow instructions. I ordered today I specifically gave instructions then on top of it you put the worst drink in my bag twice. I don’t drink pure leaf just terrible. Hopefully now you’ll start paying attention to instructions.

Absolutely horrible, when you see the older gentleman there RUN don’t walk out of there. I am not sure if he is the owner that is why he still is able to still work there. But if Subways offers deals or if you have a coupon he is so rude about it and barely gives you any meat or sauce on what you order. I ordered the protein pocket because I got it at the same location prior from a younger gentleman and it was amazing. Right off the bat he complained about it being 3.99 said subway shouldn’t have this on their menu he was not advertising on purpose. I got the triple meat pocket can’t remember the name but it has ham, pepperoni, & salami. The wraps were frozen he tried to defrost it right away which was fine but I thought he would at least heat the cheese on the wrap like the prior guy did. But he didn’t. When we got to the meat adding part he put one slice of ham 2 slices of pepperoni and one slice of salami. He put half of a pointer finger size of the garlic aioli. Then my friend had a 2 dollar rewards and he groaned and said SEE like cmon man. He just made 60 dollars on someone before us. Never come to this location.

OMG I should’ve checked review prior to getting my food from here. Absolutely disgusting place. Very dirty. I’m surprised and wonder how the health department is letting this store open. Old ingredients, unsafe floorings (doing construction?) And overall very dirty place.
Only plus I guess is that they gave me a refund for returned rotten food.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to the worker was very disrespectful. He was on his cell phone while making the sandwich I asked a question about the coupon he gave me attitude but what really topped it off was the fly that I saw that was crawling in the case where they have the meat just turned me off and the vegetables looked really old i kindly told him to cancel my order and I walked out never would order here again

When you use a reward deal they cut down on the amount of meat, cheese and vegetables and give you less than a regular sandwich. I ordered a beast which is supposed to have 50% more meat and cheese and it had as little meat as a cold cut trio. Also if you order with the phone app they see if you tip before they make your sandwich and do not give you everything you ask for

I’ve had better sandwiches from this place. Usually it’s an older man in the store who makes my sandwich. But today, no. The sandwich was very mediocre to say the least, very stingy with the sauces. One of my sandwiches was damn near dry for a meatball sub…. And one had like a splash of cheese sauce if that? I couldn’t tell if the cheddar was even in there…. Unless their cheddar is white now instead of yellow?

I use to love going there. NO MORE!!!
Walked in at 6:15pm, 5/09/19, all female staff sitting in dining area, two sitting one standing. None had on any hair covering. The one standing was playing in one of the ones sitting hair. As she was standing, she was the one who moved to serve me. On entering she didn’t wash her hands and even touched her own hair. Without gloves, attempted to take my order. At this point i walked out.

I’ve been going to this subway for years. It is a small family-owned business, and they are some of the nicest people you will meet. The food is great, and they always make sure to give you a few extra cookies! I will be coming back in the future.

Really deserves NO stars. I placed an order online for curbside pickup. Arrived on time and clicked “I am here” and then verified I was at the location. Waited for more than 5 minutes parked out front and could see there was no one in the store. Then 2 customers walk in. I waited more and then called the store thinking maybe they just didn’t know I was there. A woman answered and responded “Yes. It’s ready. Can you come in? I’m busy” and then HUNG UP immediately. I was shocked. Please don’t advertise online as a store that does curbside if you really don’t. Please don’t have a huge sign hanging in the window with the steps to order through the app curbside. I specifically picked this location because of curbside because I had a sleeping 2 year old in the car. I found the sandwich to be subpar to other locations. I’m not sure the veggies were fresh as lettuce was browned on edges. Also, I chose regular mayo and it was drowning in mayo. I would definitely not come here again mainly because of how rude the employee was to me.
