I have been stationed on this base for 5 years. This is the last time I will go to the Subway. The man working at 7 pm on September 24, 2023, needs retraining. The meats were mixed, cucumbers clear and glassy, pickles browning, tomatoes shrivled. Everything was wilted and covered in flies. The cross contamination and negligence is unacceptable. Do better, Subway.

Night shift is unprofessional. They don’t wear uniforms, which would be fine, but a beanie and hoodie with the hood up isn’t a very professional look. Also it didn’t help that the second they were done making my sandwich they returned to the table were about 7 of their friends were hanging out having some sort of party. Not to mention they were rude and seemed as if we, as customers, were inconveniencing their evening. If you’re someone who cares about the quality of work someone puts into handling the food you eat, I would avoid going after business hours. I experienced this at about 9:30pm on a Monday night.

I have always ordered the same thing from every subway with no problem until I visited this location. Since when do you not melt the cheese, or even warm the chicken when you order a sandwich not toasted? My husband picked up lunch for us and I go to take a bite and immediately spit it out.
