We had a really disappointing experience here and if I could give this place zero stars I would. There were only two workers during a busy rush hour, which led to extremely long wait times. We arrived before several other customers, yet many people who ordered after us received their food first. In total, we ended up waiting about an hour.
When we politely asked about the status of our order, the employee responded with a rude and snarky attitude, which made the situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, after the long wait, our order was also incorrect.
We understand that places can get busy, but the poor organization, long wait time, and lack of customer service made this a very negative experience.We had a really disappointing experience here.

Aiden at Jersey Mike’s absolutely crushed it! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my order perfect. He took the time to get everything just right, kept a great attitude even during a busy rush, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in treating customers well. If every place had an Aiden, customer service everywhere would be better. Jersey Mike’s is lucky to have him!

This is the second time I went to this location for lunch. Either the company is giving smaller proportions and charging more, or i’ve been unlucky twice. 11 bucks for a regular sandwich is a bit expensive, and I was still hungry.

The employee acted high on something. He didn’t change his gloves after being on the register before preparing the sandwiches and had ear buds in so he kept asking, what? It was an unprofessional atmosphere and a health code violation. I will go to a different location next time.
