This place says that they are open and the “open” sign is lit up, all the lights are on but the door to enter is locked. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. To be honest I might be the only person that still comes here. Every time I come here it’s always JUST ME.

So, I placed a to-go catering order over the phone, and I made the mistake of not being clear about how many sandwiches I needed. (I needed 32 sandwiches) So when I showed up, they only had half the sandwiches. But when I told them that I’d need twice as many, they had the rest ready in 10 minutes! I was so impressed! These guys work super hard to serve their customers.

Greetings, I go to Subway at least 5 or 6 days a week. Unfortunately, last week my debit card was charged twice for the same order. The subway employee denied the double charge even though I showed him the double charge on my App. Of course I submitted a complaint to Corporate via email. Don’t know if any action was taken. To date, Subway has not refunded me or apologized.
