Honestly what happened to Subway ! I don’t feel it offers fresh ingredients like it promises ordered 2 foot long sandwiches through app felt stale cheap looked so much better fresher in pictures. Salad plastic like. Dry when toasted Franky yes they sometimes offer deals but quality went down !! For price many sandwich spots taste better fresher for same price. Like to see subway greatly improve!! Also many workers look unhappy and get your orders wrong.

I ordered online in promotion that Market location signed on to get more customers(according to Subway customer service), only to get to Saddle Book they “do not participate in promotions offered online”… I ordered there not couple miles closer because they false advertised their location…I understand so people come and not wanting to cruise to different location just buy for the full price (which is much higher than locations that are honest and not show themselves as participating).

Order it in advance because I work for a living. When I got there everything was supposed to be paid for because I ordered through the app. The representative at the front desk. Said she cannot accept coupons so she’s going to have to refund the order and she cannot make the sandwich. Ask me if I wanted the sandwich still at the full price. But at that time I already have to leave because I have work. Defies the purpose of ordering in advance. And is completely horrible customer service.

I like the new sandwich lineup, so we decided to give it a try. Ordered 2 sandwiches and said make them exactly like the menu board says. very good, Went back in a few weeks later, ordered the same sandwiches on the menu board. They had only wheat bread, mind you, its lunchtime. Ingredients totally mixed up when we opened both of them up.

Came in this Subway Sunday evening ( 10/16 ) with my daughter . It was only one worker in the store making sandwiches for walk in customers and mobile orders. ( I want to put her name but I rather not ) . I felt so bad for this lady! She was alone and it was night. That is very unsafe & unhealthy that she been there all day after 8 hrs alone with NO break! She was super nice and I was very patient ! But she was extremely overwhelmed! My 7yr old daughter shed tears and stated “ it’s illegal to not have a break after all that time working , we even get breaks at school right mommy “ .. I use to work & was a manager at a subway & NEVER would I ever leave ONE worker to close better yet alone ! I stayed if I HAD TO ! Her customer service was beyond AMAZING & made all 4 of our sandwiches with LOVE ! She needs a promotion and MORE HELP ! I’m praying for this lady because I seen it all over her face but she didn’t let it effect her customer service . TO WHOM this may concern , MANAGEMENT DO BETTER !

I love how light and fresh, Subway’s sandwiches taste. I had a nice conversation with the lady who took my order. She made my visit very enjoyable. The prices aren’t bad for their sandwiches and I love that you can pick your toppings. It’s good if you’re looking for a healthier choice.
