One thing that makes Deja Vu stand out is even the slices are made to order. No heat lamps or oily slices withering under a glass case here. A single order slice is actually two normal slices in one. I ordered the San Francisco slice which is like an everything slice with pepperoni, sausage, peppers, mushrooms. It was tasty and filling as it came right out of the oven and into my hands. The owners are super nice and kind. Definitely check these folks out if you are slice hunting in the neighborhood.

Been bamboozled by the reviews. It’s been a couple years since I’ve been there, the crust is a pillow of dough and the top looks raw while the bottom was burnt for $37 (medium ) on Slice app.

The owners are so sweet and friendly – my pizza slice was freshly made to order, huge with the classic bubbly chewy light dough and stretchy cheese.

Took about 10 minutes

Such a great meal and hole in the wall gem in the neighborhood. Come have pizza here, you won’t regret it!

Came here as a middle schooler and now I brought my daughter 19 years later…. Prices are to par with this economy, pizza slice is huge! And very cheesy….im not sure what cheese they use but even cold it taste bomb! Cold because I took a slice home and ate it here after..my daughter enjoyed her slice!! Dough is really fluffy and soft inside, my daughter hates pizza crust but enjoyed this one!!

I hold this place dear to my heart. First time I went here I was in middle school, and I went to the boys and girls club on Guerrero. A personal slice is a slice of heaven. The dough is fresh, the cheese is oily and seasoned. Being a San Francisco, this place is like a landmark for me. I will see you soon .

Don’t judge a book by its cover. They might not look flash but this is THE hidden gem of SF pizza. Vu has been serving up slices for over 20 years now, so you know he’s doing something right. Seriously, he nails all the key points of pizza, the dough, the crust, the sauce and cheese ratio without being too greasy. Check them out next time you need a slice!

Crispy, thin pizza. Probably the best slices in the area since it’s made to order. The dough is great

Not the biggest fan of the calzone, ratio of ingredients was off.
Nice mom and pop restaurant.

Although more expensive, you get a massive and FRESH slice of pizza.

We were doing a pizza crawl through the mission and we came upon this place incidentally, but it was the BEST pizza of the 5 places we tried that night. Absolutely delicious, hot, fresh, cheesey. Individually made to order slices, not reheated.

This place is an absolute gem!!! Aung is very kind and cheerful, and gave me a lot of good advices for visiting SF. The pizza is very cheap, but the slice is huge and delicious (and I’m italian!!). Beautiful!

Very very fair food.

If you’re hungry in a pinch feel free to stop by here, but I’ve got to be honest… My ravioli was bland as can be. My friends linguini was a little better, but not by much.

The couple next to us had pizza which did look amazing though.
