I came to pickup a sub here at 5:40 pm on 10/19/24 and the service was astonishing. The worker was a guy with a beard and I haven’t been at any other fast food place with the same service he provided. He was very pleasant and cheerful. Food was great as well. Recommend.

The Indian lady at Conoco gas station along with subway inside is so rude. I asked for veggies on side bcos my kids don’t want it but they don’t eat footlong sandwich and she just refuses to give us and says don’t order from my store next time. Poor service don’t go there.

I have ordered through mobile order and the app shows the order was ready and when we were there the order was not ready and only one staff managing all so it took half and hour to make our two subs. We ordered Tuna and chicken teriyaki , Tune was smelling bad and we got issues after eating these subs worst timing and not at all good for health as the food was not fresh. They need to have at-least two staff people to manage all orders

I’m not sure what the problem is with young kids today with having a little bit of respect and a service mentality. the young man that I dealt with today was on his phone in the lobby I said that I wanted a salad he did not wash his hands he’s tugging on his pants pulling his pants up then I asked him to please wash your hands he went over turn on the cold water and just rinsed his hands off I said sir please use some soap and wash your hands please you’re going to be touching food it can make people sick and he now has an attitude and he doesn’t even want to serve me so after seeing all this I just walk away and as he walks past me I said what you did was unsanitary and you can make people sick simple washing your hands can eliminate all of this and I left

My sandwich was kinda smashed and didn’t have very much meat/cheese on it. They don’t have any baked lays and when I asked for them, the two women there did not understand English. I tried pointing to the picture they had above them on the menu on the wall but they still did not understand. It was okaaaaay. I’ve been to much better Subways.

Very good service and food is cooked to your liking. I like my food extra hot so I always ask them to warm it fo 30 seconds longer and they are accommodating. Prices are reasonable and the place is very clean. Best one in the area.

The Spanish lady is so rude and got such a attitude. She never changes her gloves. Befire she made my veggie delight she put all the turkey together then used the same gloves to make my sandwich. Then later she got guac on her gloves and used a napkin to clean it off her gloves rather then getting new ones. While making my sandwich she’s also cleaning the table from spilled vegetables into the garbage. Never again. That’s the last thing I ate before getting sick.
