Made an online order here — said it would be ready in 20 minutes. On the app, it said it was ready, but our order was nowhere to be found. We eventually had to ask the workers if they had an online order. When prompted, they printed out the receipt and stared at it for a very long time before beginning making our sandwiches. The worker kept asking us what we wanted on our sandwiches despite having the list right in front of her. They also were out of numerous ingredients which were listed on their website. Very displeased with service.

Understaffed. Felt bad for the woman making sandwiches. Long lineup of course on a Saturday lunchtime and she was trying to keep up but couldn’t. I had to read my online order to her because it wasn’t ready.
