We ordered two turkey bacon ranch medium subs and one grilled chicken medium sub. Using the birthday freebie seemed a little complicated for the employee but he figured it out on his own – although there were three other employees standing around.
The subs were good. The lettuce tasted off to me. Perhaps they placed the sub through the toaster after adding the lettuce. Other than that, it was enjoyable.

My favorite hot sub chain. There locations are everywhere and the quality of the sandwiches is never less no matter where you are. New York Steamer is my personal favorite. I appreciate that they help out firefighters with donations with having family members who were lifetime firefighters.

We came in for dinner at 7pm. Not only did it take over 20 minutes to receive food but THIS was the chili…. I’ve had it before and this is NOT what it’s supposed to be. This was hard and burnt.
I would have had much more respect and left a good review had they been honest. “the chili has been in the warmer all day and doesn’t look the best I’d love to get you any other soup.” But would rather take my $ and have me toss food away and leave a bad review.
Work on your customer service. Disgusting.

Not that hard to take an order and get right. So I wanted a roast beef with lettuce peppers pickle pepper jack cheese and honey mustard. So they missed ball the on this sub. Like where did you get tomato at on my order. So I was missing my pickles and honey mustard but instead they put mayo on it as well. I just think ppl in food industry should just get paid min wage if it hard to take an order reading it and making it.
