I paid for extra meat and it wasn’t put on the sandwich. It was toasted way too long and the bread cut up the roof of my mouth. I contacted subway customer service and all they said was they’d talk to their team members. I won’t ever visit this location again. It was a waste of my money because I couldn’t eat the sandwich because of how the bread was toasted much much longer than it should’ve been.

The sign says you close every day at 10. Not 9pm because the staff is too lazy to work and stick it one more hour. This is how you lose money/business.

Shop was remodeled since we were there, and very inviting, we decided to stay and eat.

My son ordered online twice this weekend as he needed lunch to take to work. When I stopped by to pick up the order on Saturday, it wasn’t ready, isn’t that the point of an online order? Then by mistake he ordered from them again on Sunday. Different server on Sunday, We got to the store at about 8:53am, store supposedly opens at 9am, according to sign on door and website. We waited until 9:05 but had to leave to get him to work. I came back an hour later, order was not ready. Hence the point of an online order for pickup ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. I asked for his order by his name, my son’s name is not a difficult name to read. The server couldn’t even read his name! She even argued with me that there was no order by that name so I asked to see the receipt that printed out for his order. I asked her why she wasn’t there at 9am and she proceeded to argue with me that she was open at 9am, which she was not. Then she said that she has opened between 9am and 9:30am ♀️ ♀️ ♀️. I get she misunderstandings/ mistakes happen but to then lie to me, that is absolutely unacceptable. My son has ordered from the Brookfield subway before and his order is always correct and ready! I WILL NEVER buy from this subway again. Whoever owns this subway needs to either get new staff or train them better.

The older Hispanic lady refused to give me her name but she was absolutely disrespectful. I left simple instructions on my order which was to cut the sandwich in half and wrap them separately, easy to understand. She tells me if I want them separately wrapped I have to order two separate 6inch sandwiches. She continues to argue with me about it and refused to wrap them separately so I did it myself. She said it’s against the rules I told her to show me where it says that and she told me no. Ridiculous.

Customer service was great, but the subs were not good at all. My husband and son couldn’t even eat their’s because it tasted so badly. I think this will be the last time I eat at Subway because I can’t afford to just throw money away like that.

I hit the worker with a big order and he handled it like a champ. He was working on multiple sandwiches at a time. Not normal for a Subway and I like it! He had a great attitude for what I ordered.

Extremely rude lady behind the counter at 5:00 p.m. on March 19th friday. I ordered a sub online and it didn’t ask me what time I wanted it ready so apparently it was ready at 10:30 in the morning which I did not know that fact. So when I go in to pick up my order she said there’s no order for you and I said yes there is I have proof and then she had an attitude and she said you’re going to wait 10 minutes not explaining why. Then she said it’s over there sitting there. when you change the time of your order you need to call us. And again I had to explain that I didn’t change any order I didn’t even know there was an order time. she was extremely rude and I will never go there again. And this is not the first time for her rudeness.

The owner was extremely unprofessional! Some of the products ingredients were seemingly old and/or expired as well. Overall IMO just go to a mom and pop. SUBWAY NOT WORTH IT!!! Processed c r a p anyway.
