The service and everything was very good even though if you don’t know what to get they’ll give you an honest opinion or they’ll try to help you out to get what you’re looking for or recommend you certain flavors of coffee. The food is so good. I didn’t get a chance to put in the picture because I didn’t make it for the picture jajaja and also their drink of coffee was very good. It kept me up and energize to do what I needed to do of the day and their desserts. The bread for the coffee. It’s really good too. If you’re around the area just go out there and try it out yourself you would like the experience and what you see

Acai bowl is stale- pre-made garbage. $23 for some coffee and a bowl and they dont even prepare the food. Utter scam. Should be shut down by the better business bureau. And its freezer burned

I love the lattes and pastries here. My chai lattes in almond milk is just the right amount of spice to sweetness. Asked for it extra hot and they delivered. I enjoy the set up and the ambience. That said, the place is not very disabled friendly. Yes, it is accessible, a wheelchair can navigate easily. However, the seating is mostly on high stools and with the shorter seats on the second floor. The stools are almost as high as my waist, yes, I am short. I am disabled and unable to climb on to them. Paid $9.50 for a large chai lattes in almond milk with cinnamon. Breakfast runs between $12 – $16 a person. There is an added 5% surcharge if using a card. A bit pricey, but tasty.

I was in Inglewood and decided to stop by this coffee shop to get some food and work. I tried their Matcha latte ! They even added strawberry to it, which was a great twist. I also got a hash brown breakfast bowl, which was also really tasty. Overall, everything was great. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was down on the day I was there. Also outside of the bar seating there aren’t much outlets.

Ive anticipated coming here for years since hilltop coffee first opened. I think I set my expectations a little too high. the atmosphere was everything, the coffee was everything, but the food and service was a little off for me. I first ordered the smoked salmon the cashier told me it was one of their most popular dishes. Once I got it I took one bite and was unable to finish. I know its raw salmon but it was just a little too fishy for me. The salmon wasnt cold like it just came out the refrigerator. The fishyness over powered everything in that one bite. I asked the cashier to exchange it for another dish, the cashier was nice and friendly but the other barista she asked for assistance gave a little attitude as she grabbed the salmon plate off the counter and threw it in the trash. I ordered a acai bowl to replace it because I thought you cant go wrong with a acai bowl. But when I receive the acai bowl the acai was hard like ice cream, but I still ate it. My intentions were to never give the baristas a hard time at all.. like I said I think I had my expectations set a little too high. But I would definitely return for the coffee and vibes. All love.

I loved the atmosphere and the decor.. I ordered the chicken sandwich which was really good except the bun was a tad cold, could’ve been toasted. In addition, I got a medium caramel latte with oat milk which was super delicious. All together my total was $26 which was a little shocking. Had the sandwich come with a side it would have been understandable but I feel like it was a little bit overpriced. Other than that the staff was super polite and it was a nice vibe.

Loved the vibe of this 2 storey cafe restaurant!

Pros:
Crispy chicken sandwich!!!! MUST HAVE
There are very comfy work spaces with free WiFi.
The food is so good and their limited menu is healthy and refreshing.
I had the lavender latte which was perfect, just the way I like it and the baristas are gracious enough to make amends based on your preferences.
I sat at the bar counter which, to me, has the best view of the place and great company too.

I’m definitely coming here again!

Great place! Friendly and good customer service. The burrito was great for a quick snack. The strawberry matcha is as good as I was told. The strawberry overnight oats were a bit too sweet for my taste but outside of that cute spot in the Inglewood area. The music vibes are great.

The vibe here is EVERYTHING!! who needs Starbucks when you have great food, great music, sweets and coffee right here. I ordered the Bangin breakfast sandwich and it was absolutely delicious!! The egg was fried to perfection, the brioche bun was soft and buttery, the cheese had that perfect melt and I opted for the beyond sausage patty which was a great choice. For my meat lovers you can choose between a turkey sausage patty or bacon and this sandwich also comes with a spicy mayo*chefs kiss*.

The service was just ok, the cashier was a little dry but nothing major. Since the holidays are just about here, the Christmas decor was super cute and they have a holiday latte to keep you in the Christmas spirit, it’s the Sweet Potato Latte
(not pictured). This drink screamed Christmas and was super good. The only thing that I didn’t care for was that the drink itself is pretty thick and the sweet potato puree could have been blended up a bit more. I am not a fan of puree chunks coming through my straw with every sip. However, the flavor profile was great and it was a very delicious latte (definitely give it a try).

Hilltop has a lot of great workspace options between bar seating, couches, booths and open space seating…all of these options are very comfy and cozy. There’s meter parking available if you want to park near the coffee shop. I parked in a near by shopping center and walked to the restaurant, it was free and I got my steps in too( who doesn’t like a two-fer ). Nonetheless, Hilltop was awesome and I will definitely return. It was a great way to start my busy day that was ahead of me, swing by if you’re in the Inglewood area.
