I’d give 0 stars if I could! I have been to this location a few times and have had a decent experience – and using the word decent is being kind. Most employees are nice – the service is only a small part of the issue. The food is terrible. I’ve never been to a subway like this one. My pictures do a little justice. The bread was so stale! The least amount of meat I’ve ever seen – and barely ANY VEGGIES! That’s what subways are known for – stacking their sandwiches. The bacon wasn’t even cooked. Asked for a side of chipotle as well, got the smallest amount I’ve ever seen. Will never return again. Also would like to note, the manager was there and watching the employee make these sandwiches. We just paid $30 for garbage. Highly suggest going to any other subway location.

If im being honest this places food isnt the freshest, they rush everything and are sloppy. Half the time they never give anything we ask for on our order. They have snarky employees, one girl with blonde hair and black glasses actually made me not wanna come back for a while. Ive been to other subway in Naugatuck, quite pricey but worth it. Fresh food and they dont scale!

To the lady staff who worked on march 27 2023, around 7.00pm shift, we did not ask extra sauce for free. We did pay for our meal and you could have refused it politely instead of being rude and as if we are begging you for free meal. Never eating subway for life.

This location I have been two different time, first time order was screwed up and now I am sitting waiting 25 mins and encounting past my pick up time. The women working is hustling while a guy sits in the back with his face in his hands. This place is clearly miss managed. Hopefully they see this and make changes! Subway is a franchise and ever single one should be the same!

Went there for an interview, the tables and floors were dirty. There was only one person in line but the staff was slow. The GM was all over the place during the interview he took phone calls and barely looked in my face when he spoke to me. Went there for a second interview which was a challenge on how fast you can dress a sandwich, he gave me a good score but didn’t call me back for job.
