Went on a Saturday night (mid October) around 7ish. Had to wait maybe 20 minutes for a table. A younger boy seats families and he was super polite snd helpful. The staff is very friendly and knows the menu well, along with great suggestions. Myself and the kids ordered the shrimp and fries platter which was very good and well worth the price. My husband ordered a ribeye and it was okay but had no seasoning and only had a slight taste of being chard. We ordered the brownie ice cream sundae which was good and definitely enough for two kids. The place is very clean and brings a comfortable feeling.

We had high hope for a Saturday Night Prime Rib , Max size was 12oz, we asked how big they could cut, she came back and said it was easiest to double in 12oz incriments, we should of known .., for a 24 oz medium rare, came out in 2-12oz portions, well done, dard grey. It’s not fresh. Appetizers and soups werent bad, but not outstanding. Our Server had no personality, didn’t know the burrbon selection, never asked us how our meals were, couldn’t joke with. Nice place tho, we liked the decor, it was fast to get a table. I don’t like reviewing negative, but for a $180 dinner, we weren’t pleased

Great place for food. 1st timers and we were all satisfied. Fun atmosphere on a Friday night. Husband’s fish fry was huge. Took half home. Will be returning

Their pizza is pretty good, not as good as Ambassador. We went on a date night while visiting from Florida. The steaks were not good – ribeye not seasoned, filet thin and overcooked. They refired so I ate the mushy side of spaghetti with half a spoon of sauce they gave – i.e. not great. The new steak wasn’t seasoned at all. Really poor service and way overpriced. Waited for a long time for drinks, etc. For the same price we went to the Harbor Haus and had an excellent meal. Honestly, zero stars, except for their pizza.

This is our go-to late lunch place on Saturdays before the MTU hockey games! We love the prime rib special. They serve KBC beer along with other classic cocktails.

Never once have I had a bad meal at Quincy’s. The food is straightforward but consistently delicious. Service is generally prompt and always friendly. The French onion soup is the stuff of legend and a source of sweet dreams.

2 stars, reduced (16OC2021) from 5 stars a year ago (see below). We were seated quickly (at 6:15 pm, Saturday), the food was timely, but the service was not attentive at all. We never got our dinner rolls, we were never checked during the meal, and once done eating literally waited 20~25 minutes to get our bill and to-go box. Our server seemed to have just simply disappeared at times. The t-bone and whitefish dinners were fine otherwise, but to be honest we simply wished we had gone elsewhere fir a nice meal!
1 year ago: Good food, good atmosphere, and reasonable prices.

Menu on line does not reflect actual prices. Onion soup good, but had to be sent back for more heat. French dip ok, could use some horse radish. Onion Rings were dark brown to black, replaced with a fresh order at request. Server was good and apologetic for food problems which were not her problem.

Great lunch spot in the UP. The burger , veggie sandwich and French onion soup were all great. The French fries are great as well. There’s some neat copper mining ⛏ artifacts scattered around the restaurant and they have a cool copper replica of the old copper mine. If you’re into good bar food and some interesting UP history, this is a great place!
