Went in to get a sandwich. Ruben greeted me extremely nicely with patience and a smile. He answered questions on the history of the location and all around had amazing customer service skills which truly make a difference in someone’s day. Don’t shop here, Owners of this store DO NOT honor coupons. Had a subway coupon and now the store only allows select coupons… one small sign not truly visible to customers. Ordered 3 subs for my family (turkey, meatball, and ham) with hope of using the 3 subs for 17.99. Have used the coupon at this location in the past and now the owners of this location are only accepting select coupons. When I went in I told them I needed three subs and I had a coupon. Only until I got to the register did they tell me my coupon would not be accepted. Highly disappointing. Should at least put the sign on the entrance door and more visible.
