During a recent trip to New Haven with a colleague and 30 of our students, there was a need to order lunch for our entire group and Subway seemed like an affordable option. My colleague and I contacted this Subway before arriving and once there, ordered 16 sandwiches each! This was an exhausting yet comical experience – especially in hindsight – and we would like to express a world of gratitude to Ruben and Daniel for their excellent customer service. They were extremely patient with us and even helped us load our Uber with the sandwiches, chips and beverages!

I was very surprised to see my sub hardly stuffed. I asked for spinach and he went on to place about 4 leaves of spinach inside of it. I asked for more and he picked up just 3 more leaves! He did this for every single ingredient. I’ve never been to a subway this underwhelming, and very disappointed with the service I received.

BEST subway sandwich Ive ever had in my life.
the bread was toasted to perfection.
they toast the bread by itself and then once you add on your select type of cheese. (optional for roasting)
the veggies are fresh as well as all other toppings.
and can’t forget the condiments!!
I always get the Hot Italiano / spicy Italiano
with shredded cheese – TOASTED
red onions (not all the time)
banana peppers (not all the time)
honey mustard & ranch!! BEST COMBO.

As perfectly average of a Subway as you can get. Workers do their job, the sandwiches are fine but not great, and the price is fine. Not a nice place to eat.

The quality of several meats and vegetables are variable and sometimes very bad. Used to be you could just look at them and pick out what you wanted. Now they put up stickers to obscure the view of vegetables and a big metal cover do impossible to see low meat quality (is probably worse now).

I am very disappointed with the service here. I ordered my sandwich online and the order was accepted immediately but when I went to pick it up, they didn’t let me in because they closed earlier than the stated time (9:30 pm). I also tried to call the lady to the door on the counter because I wanted her to cancel the order from their side so that I do not have to pay for the food but she was so rude that despite seeing me knock, she just did not come to the door and instead looked away. I am very upset with their service.

What happened to Prakruti also happened to me. I ordered online to pick up at 8:25pm Dec 8. But when I arrived there they were already closed although the closed time was said to be 9pm Sunday.
What was really frustrating was their rudeness. They simply ignored you without any attempt to explain. I immediately contacted their customer service but still no solution. I guess I won’t go to any Subway the rest of my life.
