Good food, great atmosphere good service, took a bit to get utensils, appetizers came before utensils, chilled shot was short because it was chilled, probably shouldn’t ask for it chilled, wanted chimichanga, but not rice n beans so I ordered al la cart, but omg they should let u know if u do al la cart its half the size. Idk I won’t be coming back unless it’s a real size chimichanga.

Chips and Salsa was just okay. I asked for something a bit more spicier and they were kind enough to give us some Habanero Sauce which was great. Had the Chile Relleno and Tamale combo plate. My wife had the Carnitas Plate with Rice and Beans. Food was good. The Dos Equis and Modelo on tap was nice and cold. Great service and atmosphere.

Not impressed. The service was terrible, never received refills despite asking, they brought the wrong sodas and food took more than 30 minutes. The food tasted off and was over priced, the sauces were gross. The salsa tastes like it’s from a can. Second star is because the restaurant is actually beautiful inside.

Waiters seen us standing underneath unnecessary bright camera light in foyer and chose to neither seat, greet us or tell us there is a wait or they are closed. Treatment of this sort is why we left. We ordered take-out for about 25 people for my 70th Birthday. Was excellent and packaged perfectly. Was great food for 3 nights, including 2 nights of leftovers. Highly recommend Pablo at El Rosal for eating-in or take-out. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Pablo, your friend, Jeff
