Great service and great sandwiches! We stopped for a quick bite but were there while many locals had their lunch and it was clear they loved coming here and we’re regulars with staff already knowing their preferred orders. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The tables were slightly cluttered and a bit dirty but not something a little table adjusting and quick wipe with our napkins couldn’t fix.

Went in and there was 2 people working a tall Caucasian women and tall African American women. The Caucasian lady was nice and helpful the other lady very was rude and I believe it was her child running around behind the counter touching the food and grabbing juices. How is this allowed??? Plus she wasn’t even even in full uniform since when do food service allow head scarfs like they are at home. And I’m not talking about a religious head wrap. It was I just left the salon and want to protect my hair before I go to sleep or my hair is a mess and let me just throw something on. So unprofessional and unhygienic

This Subway is the best!! I have known Mike for many years and he really has his act together. His management skills and hard work are beyond perfection. The employees are A+ , very customer conscience and polite. Cleanliness is never an issue and the food is always fresh. I have been to other Subways and none compare to Southbury.

Worst sub ever had, asked for light salt, couldn’t even eat it because of how much salt was on it, paid the $0.50 extra for daughter to have pepperoni on hers and didn’t put on. I’ve gone there 5x since new owners and every time orders have been messed up. This is last time I buy from here.

Mobile ordering did not work. Service was above excellent! I ordered a roast beef wrap expecting it would be medium rare, but instead it was medium well. I would not recommend the roast beef. Price was reasonable.
