Do not go there they just scammed me. I wanted the special 6.99 for 6 inches and small drink lunch special . When I went to pay the guy said it applies only for chicken teriyaki. I checked the website it said on any type of sandwich. The guy charged me 11.90 for the 6 inch sandwich . The date is April 22nd. Time of purchase 130 pm. It was a male server

I would not recommend this location. Staff unable to follow simple instructions to prepare a sandwich. Do not ask questions regarding desired ingredients and rush through the preparation of sandwich then refuse to complete sandwich, throw it away and close the window saying “I can’t handle this!” (Your correct, you can’t.) Refusing to do their job. Location doesn’t close for another hour. Better you go where they care about doing a good or at least an adequate job. Customers service is not a priority at subway.

If I could give negative stars I would. There was a sign that stated be back in 10 minutes when I got there. I decided to get some fries for my son and come back. It took at least 15 minutes since they started a new batch of fries. When I get back no one there yet, so I just wait. 10 minutes later someone shows up and doesn’t even address me. Doesn’t even apologize. He had a jacket in and couldn’t even see a subway uniform.

I ask him if he works here, and his response is “What Dat Mean”. I said what that means is I have been waiting over 20 minutes and was wondering if you worked here since you didn’t even ask me if I need anything. And by the way, the sign says be back in 10. He said I just got here it’s not my sign. I believe his name was Juan or John.

It’s a shame that someone with zero people skills works there. It also makes me question the cleanliness, which is why I decided to walk. Very disgusted at experience.

What a creepy people work there with attitude, only 6 veggies and after $2 extra,
Also 4 tomato in foot long , I said just one line sauce he is doing purposely too much,

And I feel bad but I left my sandwich there and told him to keep it without paying so he can learn something

Pleade subway corporate take a serious this location , this is the reason people don’t like subway anymore.

Hi,
I went to the restaurant around 4 in the morning and there was no one in the front. It took the African american female 5 minutes to come from the back. She was sweeping and didn’t wash her hands, although she used the gloves, but she touched the gloves with her dirty hands. Next, when she was taking the order she was very rude. I told her to talk to me politely, and her response wants “just tell me which sub you want”. This conversation turned into a heated argument. After she made my sub i told her if you have a bad mood, don’t take that out on customer, but in response she said “get out of my face”. She didn’t even apologies.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Ordered a cold cut combo which is three different types of Turkey meats, and they literally only put on three slices of bologna and that was it. Ridiculous. They don’t even know what goes on the sandwiches they offer. Even if they may have been out of an ingredient, they could have substituted it for Turkey or something. Literally paid $6 for three slices of bologna. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
