Staff needs some better training lol. I went in and They were having a special – a 6 inch with two cookies. I chose to only take one cookie. I didn’t need the second cookie and because I only took one cookie They didn’t give me the special price and charged me a dollar for the cookie. They charged me more and their reasoning was well you didn’t get the special price because you didn’t take the second cookie. The guy looked me straight in the face and said if you had taken the second cookie it would’ve been cheaper so I paid more than the price of the special. I thought he was kidding at first and I was going to actually tell them to take the second cookie and put it in the garbage. I actually couldn’t believe it. I was speechless. I would actually love it as the owner would answer this because it’s just my entire office laughed hysterically when we got back I didn’t have time to argue it with the guy but I am a regular customer that goes once a week that will never go back because of this

I just ordered a sandwich from them with veggies etc on it., even the receipt lists everything I wanted on it, and they gave me literally bread and tuna with zero veggies on it. How can you mess up that bad? Frustrating

After having ordered from this Subway many times now, I can say that they parallel the rest of the companies’ franchised locations in both quality and price. While franchisees have some leeway with pricing, it seems the owner has gone the route of many other stores by keeping prices relatively high (and I don’t blame them) in order to turn a profit. Wait times can be long due to employee training, but a sandwich is a sandwich after all!

The lady working was really grumpy with attitude and gave me basically no sauce. The price gave me 8 cents with change and I said keep the change and she sarcastically said thanks with attitude. Not coming back.

Service and atmosphere are okay, but food quantity at this Subway is way down. The sandwiches are not only smaller, the fillings are also limited. Even paying for extra meat doesn’t get you what it used to just last year. Not sure if this is true to this particular location, or generally across different subway restaurants. The prices have increased too.

The Subway in Cheshire, CT in the Stop and shop plaza has fallen off of its game in the last 10 years or so. You used to be able to go in and be out quickly even with a long line at lunchtime. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, it was obvious that they got along very well and my sandwiches were always delicious even when I would come in in the morning to get my breakfast sandwich and there was only one employee working at the time, I would receive top notch service with a smile No matter which girl it was. These days my sandwiches are never right even when I’m standing right there all they make them. The cashier is usually rude and the atmosphere is totally different. It doesn’t seem like the people enjoy their jobs very much as they did in the past They take it out on the customers. Please try to find a staff like you had 10 years ago or more your business would probably If you did that. surely won’t be able to find the same team again, but you can always try to find one with the same type of Customer Service and camaraderie. And people who seem to actually care if you are happy with the product they’re making for and selling to you. Because they do not anymore.

Excellent service young gentleman working there so professional. Take his time, he greet you. Eye to eye contact if you are not sure about something help you with your request. He asked you how you like your sandwich communication was spot on.

I go in everyday at the same time and they are great workers. Always greeting as you come in and they are one of the cheapest selling subways I have been to. Keep up the good work.
