My dad ordered the Italian hero, they happened to run out of fresh mozzarella so the lady tried to sneak a price of provolone on instead of getting more mozzarella (below is a picture of said provolone next to mozzarella) this issue along with the rising prices has caused me to decide that we will no longer be visiting this location anymore.

All I wanted to do was buy an Italian herb n cheese grinder roll. I was told I would have to pay for the whole sub! I kindly said, no ty, I only want the bread. They refused, not because they couldn’t, but because they didn’t want to. The workers have never been kind at this location but I go because it’s the only one in my area. This was above the normal rudeness level and something needs to change! Their toaster oven has been broken for a very long time and they REFUSE to except coupons!

I’m pretty sure this subway changes ownership. It used to be my favorite one always clean, sandwich made perfect everytime. But now it’s not nearly as clean,they still don’t have a toaster, and my grinder is never that good.

This location has no working oven (toaster)! They don’t even tell you until after you order your food in person. Beware of ordering online!! You will be served food that is heated in a microwave on un-toasted bread, and not be made aware of the fact that that is what you just paid for! Came here over a week apart, still no over and had to ask if it was working. This should be the first thing you’re told when you walk through the door and online orders should be made aware before the food is made. How is this place even open when you have no way to properly make the ONLY food you serve. Unreal! Take the 5 minutes to drive to the location on the highway.

Your toaster oven has been down for weeks now, most of your menu are Toasted or melts!!! I mean comeon walmart sells toaster ovens, can’t be that hard to get it replaced. Tell your staff to quit offering to microwave your sandwiches. Microwave doesn’t toast, it would be soggy and nasty. We expect better, get it together.

There were so many flies everywhere. I got tomatoes and the guy grabs the tomatoes and 10 fruit flies fly off it and doesn’t even say anything or respond to the fact that there’s bugs all over the food… not to mention no toaster oven so they had to microwave my chicken… I like subway but this one… NEVER again. I’m disgusted

Dont ever go to the subway in Central village by frankos pizza he likes to make his employees sale moldy bread and food also he likes to stell tips from his employees as well also he likes to get in there face and spit on them and i use to work there but as of today i no longer work there he also likes to blame ppl for taken the card i went to the police about this dont ever go there

Called the Order in, and picked it up. Very simple, and tasty! BUT it appears it’s Hit or Miss with THIS Subway. TWICE I received a snotty attitude from the staff, and Sandwich order was wrong!! TWICE too many times for my Wife and I. Better off skipping THIS Subway. There are many of them in the area.
