Two of the girls shouldn’t be working there, always makes rude comments about customers, laughing and giggling at them, or just look overall upset that they even have to do their job in the first place. Feels like I’m doing them a disservice by ordering food their. The girls need to be fired but since the owner doesn’t even look at the reviews I’m sure they don’t care anyways, you know what two girls everyone is talking about.

This Subway was quiet when I stopped in just before noon. I was greeted with a friendly hello, and my pickup order was ready and accurate. Everything was fresh and neatly assembled. The store was clean, and the whole stop took just a couple of minutes. It’s a solid choice for a quick meal.

Order placed Jan 26 at 12:42 pm. App showed store open, but it was closed (likely due to snow). No answer on calls; voicemail full. Never got my order it a refund. Contacted customer service with no reply. Very poor service and communication. Extremely disappointing!

I just need to rave a little about an expirience i had with 2 wonderful employees recently! Debbie and Emma, i work in the plaza and had ordered my lunch ahead so it was ready for pick up that way i didn’t have to wait. I arrived to find my lunch had been repossessed by another individual. Debbie and Emma were so apologetic and quickly remade my order! Thank you both for turning what could have been a negative experience into something positive!
BTW the sandwich was delicious! you can tell there was a lot of care put into making it. I had tried to leave a review on subways site but ot appears subway only wants ti hear about the negative, such a shame when they have such wonderful employees working for them

First of all, Debbie and Natalia are ROCKSTARS! They made our visit extra special. The building is clean and the food is great, but the customer service and staff are what really made me want to write this review. Thank you guys!!

The WORST subway I’ve ever ordered from. My sub had barely any tuna on it. The onions were very strong and looked old. The lettuce was very minimal. It’s basically like I just ordered bread.. I ordered from the App and I know they did this because I wasn’t physically there to watch them make it.. very greedy on the veggies.. I will never ever order from here again!

I ordered two foot longs, a meatball and a TUNA…..what I got was a meatball and a turkey. Turkey is probably my husband’s least favorite sandwich. Plus, my meatball was microwaved instead of toasted, soft and chewy. The bread was so chewy that it was impossible to bite it without the meatballs falling out….i have the sauce on my shirt to prove it. This visit was a total flop! Not in a hurry to return.
