Its a subway ! So the usual service and food items. These servers tried their best, the food quality and portions have seemed to degrade over the years. Maybe it’s just my imagination. The preset combos are actually pretty good if your looking for some different , new flavor combinations.

I ordered pizza and it tasted very burned. It did not look burned. My guess is they are not cleaning the inside of the toaster or not following subway guidelines on how to cook it because there’s no way it’s supposed to taste like that.

This place is better than the subway on Boston post Road, the employees are decent in my experience and who i believe to be the manager of this subway can be cool from time to time and hooks me up with extra in my sandwiches without charging extra. I mainly order online, pick and leave and havn’t had an issue with this place yet and unlike the other subway place i mentioned for the most part this subway place pays more attention to online orders.

So the service wasn’t bad, but this place is filthy. The bathroom states “only for paying customers” and as a customer I was expecting a clean restroom for my four year old to use. It hasn’t been cleaned in so long there’s mold inside and outside of the toilet bowl, the sink is very filthy with mold as well. Hopefully this will catch someone’s attention.

We came in pretty late. About twenty minutes before closing. And I’ve worked in the food industry so I know that can be very frustrating. But he was very nice and happy to help and kept a conversation going while making the best sandwiches. I’ve never had that kind of a service. I wish I had asked for his name so I could mention him. He did wonderfully though.
