I love subway. To be honest I eat here a lot more than I should, but the new revamped subway is killing if! I love how everything is more fresh and healthy. The tuna subs are my go to. I literal die for a tuna sandwich every other week or so. If your looking to get loaded up with as much veggies, and other toppings for your sandwich (if your a sandwich lover or extraordinaire like myself I wouldn’t say subway makes the best sandwich’s but for something that’s located literally every there I’d say it’s worth it) I love the atmosphere when I walk in the music is just right and the wood from the floors is clean and smells like pine sol. (Keep in mind it doesn’t always smell this way) but hey nothing last forever. Except for the taste of that delicious sandwich as I wish for more do that sweet onion teriyaki sauce. Ohh man. 5 stars!

Had meatball grinder. Pleasantly surprised it was very good. As an 80 year old Italian I have eaten my share of meatballs. Was it as good as my Mother’s no but very good. Would I buy one again absolutely.

Went there to get a sandwich and the older lady taking the order was a bit rude with people including myself. I am very friendly but her attitude made me not want to even be there. She needs to be trained on proper customer service.

Showed up at 8:20. There were other customers in the store but as we were walking in, the employee working stated that the customer he was serving was the last customer. I can understand restaurants not wanting customers to come in right before closing, but they didn’t close until 9 so it was almost 40 minutes til closing. When this was mentioned to the guy working, he then stated some excuse about the cash register not working, which didnt make since because he was serving a customer and had no problems checking her out. It just seemed like a random excuse he came up with to not serve us because he wanted to finish work early. If you are going to stop serving people that early, you should really change your hours to 8:30 so that people know not to come. Not the first time we have had issues with this location

The owner Mercy talk to the team members with no respect and I assume because most of them are either in high school or on there way to college so they need to save a little money! I also seen her coaching one of the older staff on basically how to speak to the younger staff! I feel bad for those kids that feel like they need that job because trust me there’s others out there! They are making $13.50 to put up with her smh and for that I will not purchase anything!

Need to wear the mask over their nose and Change their gloves in between making sandwiches.. they where cleaning out one onion container to condense into another and never changed her gloves and started handling our sandwiches. At this point I didn’t care because I was starving. Sorry being in the medical field this is cross contamination and thank goodness my husband and I weren’t allergic to onions.

Very inconsistent. For background I use the online orders. I order pretty much every weekend using the app and the bread is either really nice and the sandwich is made perfectly or the bread could be used as a brick with some meat and cheese thrown in it. The staff is usually friendly but I’ve had times where an employee ignored me with my sandwich sitting right behind him. I have also had times where my sandwich isn’t even made when there’s no customers when I pull into the driveway. I can understand if it’s busy and the sandwich is only half done when I arrive, but I haven’t had issues where my order isn’t even started at any of the other locations I frequent.
