We were standing there for 10 minutes while 2 employees ignored us. They were doing online orders. I understand finishing the order you are currently working on. But they kept starting new online orders. After 10 minutes with no communication we walked out. Didn’t even get to order food.

Staffed with teenagers which isn’t in itself a huge issues. The service was fine but the store was filthy. Went to use the restroom and it was completely clogged and unusable. There are very few places to stop to eat off the highway. We needed something fast and inexpensive and it did that.

I thought they were playing a joke on me when I ordered a turkey bacon wrap and the cost was 14$. I had to ask if they were serious. When I ordered it a few months ago, it was 7$ and change. Repeatedly. Every subway I went to. Now it’s 14$? The price is double? For literally three pieces of turkey, on a subpar wrap, with two slices of bacon? A few veggies? I could eat a whole meal at Panera for less than that- and have it taste like quality food. I never went to subway for the quality, but… This really felt comically bad. Last time I’ll be back, that’s for sure. If subway thinks doubling their prices is a good business strategy; they will probably find that won’t work out well for them. See the size of the wrap next to the receipt. Yikes.

Staff was great, the store was clean and I especially appreciated the outdoor seating in the shade. We are traveling home from our vacation and our dog was able to sit with us and we all ate together. We usually have to have someone stay outside while the rest of us go in to eat. Nice location and good job guys!

Service was awful, slow and kid was not knowledgeable of food allergies and didnt take time to check. After traveling 6.5 hrs, i ended up eating without. My husbands sub was lacking. Not what we expect from subway. 2nd attempt to eat here. Would travel farther to avoid eating here again.

The men’s bathroom was either dirty or needed to be redone. The women’s bathroom needed to be fixed up but was clean the food was good and it was a fast in and out. The employees were nice. Not a bad visit.

My wife and I gave up on the Subway Restaurant in Tolland, CT a long time ago because the subs at the Big Y grocery store in Tolland, CT are a much better value. They are less expensive and have significantly more meat. We received a coupon in the mail for a $5.99 foot- long sub so we decided to give the Tolland Subway another chance.
