I don’t think I’ve ever left a 1 start review but this is frustrating…..According to their posted hours, this store closes at 9 pm. We stopped in at 8:30 to pick up a quick dinner for us and our two daughters. The woman working said “We are taking the bread out and it needs to cool”….this is totally understandable, so we said “Okay no problem, if we come back at 8:40 can we order sandwiches?”, the worker assured us if we came back at 8:40 she would make us sandwiches. When we came back at 8:40 the door was locked and she told us they decided to close. If the store is going to close early, that’s one thing—but telling customers to come back and then locking the doors is frustrating and disappointing, especially when you’re feeding a family.

Second time they have charged me an extra $5 out of nowhere. Hate to leave a negative review but you can’t steal from people. Sign said 5.29 for a chicken wrap I purchase two and the person tells me it’s $16. She calls her manager and says “oh yeh the price went up we just didn’t change the board.” Zero effort to accommodate the customer. Last time they accidentally added two large drinks to our order. Girl made a delicious sandwich just watch the order total.

Went in to order two sandwiches. They didn’t have ingredients for the 2nd (tuna) so they made my 1st meatball sub. Waited 10 minutes for the 2nd to be ready (they said 5). So my meatball was sitting there getting soggy. I asked for a discount because I knew it would be soggy. They said no. So I walked out. And I will never return again. Learn how to run a business people. Oh and I had went there one time before and the charge on my card said “storeKensington” Which is real helpful. I thought I had a fraudulent charge on my card. The employees were disheveled looking as well.

I can’t believe how expensive they have gotten. The sandwiches aren’t bad but boy.l did those prices launch! Overall the location was clean, well taken care of and the AC was nice and cold which is certainly appreciated.

Had to update review.
My go-to subway. No more. Just stood in line for 30 mins waiting for my 6in meatball to be rung up. Why? Because management decided Friday during lunch is a great time to have 1 worker making the food and ringing up.

Ryann said she was the manager she was very rude she didn’t have my order ready for my dasher I didn’t get my chips that I paid for or my drink that I paid for and when I called she told me to stop being lazy and doordashing my food and come get it my sister in law is a manager for subway in Bristol I’m definatly going to be reporting her to corporate and I have the phone call recorded of what she said and what I said she should not be in charge she also invited me over there to fight

The app wouldn’t take my order to Bogo. I complained about it to the 2 young fellas,they said there’s no manager and they couldn’t help me. I did purchase 1 foot long and 1 half.. 1 server didn’t bother to ask what I’d like on my order. NO discount at all. Do not advertise to your faithful customers on the app and NOT go through it. That’s dishonest!!!
