Awful, well that about sums it up. I would like to give them a compliment, because the employees were nice, but quite literally made the worst, most disappointing and gross sandwiches we’ve been served from any Subway. Old dried out meat, and cheese that has congealed into a gross inseperable clump. We bought 4 subs, had to rebuild each and every one if we didn’t want to eat an entire green pepper or onion in one bite, and the chicken sub, which is included in the photo was one of the most ridiculously expensive pieces of garbage I have ever seen for almost $15, and will be returned tomorrow, because it was so awful we couldn’t blame our guest from not wanting to even take a bite. Most local places are crazy expensive now, so I would expect more for from Subway for almost $50, if they’re trying to compete. No thanks Subway

Great food, fresh produce and friendly staff. Very clean. I recently ordered a Beast with EVERYTHING and double veggies and this was how my sandwich was identified. This was the FUNNIEST DAMN THING I’ve ever had written on my food. I’d give more stars if I could!!

William and Adam provided excellent service and were pleasant to talk with while they worked. When I said I wanted everything on my sandwich they were rare employees who took me at my word and didn’t double check for each vegetable addition. All the veggies were crisp and fresh making for an enjoyable meal with family.

I get take out from the Madison Subway about 3 times a month. I order on the app and have never had to wait. A couple times the order got a little messed up but for the most part they get it right. Staff is always friendly and appreciate my business.
