I’ve placed 3 online orders, two of which were not done correctly. The first time I placed the order to be ready at the start of my lunch, after the time it should have been ready I was made to wait 45 minutes. The second time, they added extra pickles when I requested no pickles and failed to add spinach when I requested extra. After calling to let them know their mistake, the employee giggled throughout the call very unprofessionally and apologized.
