Walked in there were four people ahead of me and two people working, however it was really only one person working while the other did nothing. My husband and I just wanted to grab a quick lunch and ended up leaving along with two other customers. It took the one person so long to make one sandwich and instead of the other employee jumping in to take others orders they just sat there. Will not be back to this location!

The place has fallen on hard times. The place has been condemned because the floor collapsed and the electrical system let go too.

Honestly really disappointed in this subway. Toasted sandwich is just warm nothing is toasted. Bacon is chewy like its raw, and Chicken is all fat. While there were 2 employees in there one was just watching the other one work and not doing anything so my sandwiches are cold by the time they were handed to me. Lastly the employees just assume you want or don’t want something on the sandwich. I will happily never come back to BATH, MAINE SUBWAY.

Do not waste your money here. There are numerous other places around Bath to get actual food. I made the mistake of going here after forgetting over the past year how awful the food was and useless the employees are. Management must be literally high on the job because the sandwiches are consistently the worst all around…like it has to take effort to be that consistently bad.

On January 10th I placed an online order and gave suuuuper simple instructions for how I’d like my sandwich. I paid $12 for a meal and when I got it home the sandwich was soggy, barely filled (meatball sub) and just plain disgusting. I will never eat at any Subway and will make sure I tell anyone that asks about a quick bite to eat around Bath to avoid this place like the plague.

One man/woman show
Staff is forced to take in store, call ahead and online orders and I did not hear any complaint. There is one female and one male when they working I will stop. Both deserve a raise

If you order through door dash your sandwiches will be thrown together, without care. Hunks of not cut veggies and some that are date questionable. Go to another sandwich shop. You won’t be disappointed.

The service was a little slow but what impressed me was the freshness of the bread and ingredients. I expected a typical Subway sandwich, which I like. I got a delicious sub! If not for the wait I would have given five stars.

Don’t normally stop in so close to closing time, but most Subways are open until 10. They had their doors locked more than 30 minutes before closing. No one out front presumably in attempt to avoid customers. As far as routine customer service, previous times have me wondering how they pass their secret shopper’s inspection.

Nothing beats walking in Subway to order food, start talking to the employee and he cant hear us because he has headphones in. All he said was “what?” Then I asked if he could make a pizza sub. He said no, then yes if I knew how to make it. I asked for it to be toasted but he must have forgot. He charged me for a meatball sub. No biggie. Next sandwich was a Turkey italiano. Once again, he had no clue what came on it. He said he hadn’t worked in awhile. So we both guessed at what came on it. It was apparent that he hadn’t worked in awhile because he must have forgot that wiping your gloves on your pants is not acceptable. I tried to make small talk with him, but he refused to even crack a smile. Kobie was his name. I understand its subway, a big franchise, but this is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had. Pure laziness. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. Word of mouth travels quickly.

They don’t accept Subway coupons!?!?!?! at Subway??!! Extremely rude lady working, pretty sure she’s full time, this is the third time I’ve run into her, and every time I go in, she is very unpleasant to deal with, this is the last time I’ll ever go there again. Way too much competition around to waste time and money at this place.
