I placed an online order and the app selected this store more than an hour away from where I was. Once I realized the mistake, i tried calling the store 3 times and nobody picked up. I then submitted a complaint online. They shrugged off all responsibility, said the app worked in a way that it doesn’t, and then ignored me after the initial response.

It is a continuous problem that this location only staffs one person per day. Online orders take 30 + minutes, and the in-person line is consistently ten ppl deep during lunch break. Hire some workers!

On February 28th I had 2 mobile orders that were not completed due to staff injury. I was refunded for only 1 order. I went in to have the 2nd order refunded and was told that it would have to be taken care of by the GM. They took my name and number and a week later I got a call from the GM. She told me that the owner would have to do the refund. I expressed that this was not the first time that this had happened with a subway and that I would appreciate confirmation when this was done. That was on March 10th. I have not received a refund and have not received anymore communication. I submitted a report through the website and have still received no communication. I am extremely displeased with how this has been handled as I don’t have the time or energy to repeatedly be after a refund that should’ve been dealt with almost a month ago.

We went to Subway at 6:55 tonight and the Subway worker could be seen having a smoke break out the side of the restaurant with the door cracked while the business door was locked. We waited a bit and even when the Subway worker shut the door to go back in, he did not unlock the door or turn his “open” sign back on. The door said open until 9 pm. We checked online after leaving and it also said “open” until 9 pm. Nope! It isn’t… or at least not when we were there. Frustrating. I’m sure the business can’t make money with employees taking and continuing their smoke breaks even when customers can be seen standing at the door and waiting…

This Subway is located in a CircleK, so it has clean bathrooms and convenient parking. The two workers there were prompt and friendly. HOWEVER, I ordered and ate my sub at the location, but a $6 delivery fee was added! That’s just stealing!

Sooo MY sandwich looks great, But the young lady with the Large glasses may have smoked her breakfast but she definitely ruined some man’s meatball sub by making direct eye contact with me asking what else goes on the sandwich I was ordering for my Co worker for me.
Then proceeded to Put Onion and green pepper on his sandwich that already had very small meatballs on it. I felt so bad for him as they picked the onions n pepper off his food by hand ; I almost bought his lunch. But decided not to it ….wasn’t my fault.

So subway has definitely gotten worse and worse now they hire ppl who could care less about how you like your sandwich is made …honestly the gurl pressured me into hurrying up my decision plus I got stale bread and to top it off the guy who wrapped the sandwich dropped the tomatoes and shoved them right back in the paper it’s wrapped in not cool WILL NOT RETURN EVER!!!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had! She didn’t change her gloves after handling money then got angry and rude after being asked to change gloves. My sandwich was maybe 4 inches long. Brown wilted lettuce and old bread. My tiny sandwich cost me $8.00! Never again.
