Was stopping by here to get something for a flight, and settled on the Harvest Kale.
By the time I got on the flight to eat it, the quinoa did cool down and clump together, but besides that the bowl was great! Loved the squash, the generous amount of cranberries and pecans were appreciated, the bacon was slightly fatty and a bit too salty for my taste but it’s alright, the veggies were a bit old but it’s alright too— airport food.
Still, food came quick, and if you’re dining in, the tables do look decently clean, and it’s a great place to stop by for food. (I do see that Chick-Fil-A will move in to this terminal soon, so they do got competition, and there’s a seafood restaurant right next to this place if you’ve got time for a full meal and possibly a lobster roll. Though, this beats the overpriced sandwiches also in this terminal!)
The wife had the Beyond chicken tender sandwich. She said it was good and that she’d order it again in the future. It was her first time trying the Beyond chicken. I’d only heard of the sausages and burgers. Coming in at $13, that Beyond stuff is typically around that price so no complaints.
They have a couple tables to sit at in the immediate area but you’ll more than likely need to grab your bag and hele on. I will admit that it was way less expensive than the place next door, so there was that plus too.
Ingredients seemed high quality and tasted good. There’s a small seating area with about ~9 tables, and they’re moderately busy around lunch time.
You can also order to-go. It was less than $13 for quinoa bowl (spicy avocado quinoa bowl). Overall, good experience.
The seating area is also a nice perk.
The mushroom Swiss burger did not skimp on toppings and the brioche bun was soft and fresh. We also ordered a salad that was really good as well. We added egg to the salad, assuming it would be a boiled egg, but it was a fried egg instead, which was a pleasant surprise. Really good!
Ordering takes place with a machine so credit or debit purchases only (no cash), but it was pretty straight forward and kept things moving along. I did notice some customers were a bit confused with the machines and the internet was slow.
I got my salad in under 5 minutes (and it wasn’t pre-made- the open kitchen concept allowed me to watch it being made).
The dining area is very exposed and I didn’t like it, so I took my food to my gate. My total was $13 which I thought was extremely reasonable for a healthy option at an airport terminal.
The dressing was spicy- but the salad came with a half avocado which cooled down the kick of the dressing.
Much appreciated BGOOD!
