I would recommend for a delivery go through door dash directly. I ordered through the app and the entire order for a group of people was wrong. One of the sandwiches had a large bone and a mouth was cut, no sauces in the sandwiches which caused them to be dry and tasteless. The combo additions were missing and sadly you cannot get your money back. If this order was through door dash, this would had been resolved in 2 minutes. I spent 30 minutes filling out a lengthy form just to share feed back with them and the issue is not resolved. Subway uses a third party for delivering so you are spending the same fees but your meal is taken seriously through door dash and going through subway app disqualifies you from order protection.

If you are going to charge someone $3.00 to add bacon to a footlong I would expect more that two tiny pieces. Then when I called to complain she laughed at me and told me there should be at least 3 pieces.. absolutely rude and I will never order from this location again.

I swear this is the only location that your order is messed up either intentionally or simply lack of common sense. I am 3 for 3 getting a messed up order. It’s like you have to ask for the complete opposite of what you want, to get what you want. Want a meatball sub? Ask for a salad. Want a tuna sub? Ask for an Italian. When you order online and the instructions of a three ingredient sandwich are right there.. it isn’t hard to mess up. Eve try single time I order a toasted sandwich I get a cold one and it’s either in one piece or cut in three. Lmao. I can’t with this place

Sent my husband in for supper tonight and I’m just disgusted. I had The Boss, and the meatballs were ice cold inside, like they hadn’t been heated at all. I nuked it and went about eating. I always get my meatball subs with light marinara sauce. Husband said he ordered it that way, but the girl making it sighed and rolled her eyes. At least 3/4cup of sauce dripped off my damn sandwich. It was soggy and disgusting.
THIS LOCATIONS SUCKS! The employees are lazy and incompetent.

Did a to go order… both sandwiches were made wrong. Right sandwich and meat but wrong veggies and sauce. Brought it back where the cashier took apart the sandwiches and said they were “basically the same thing”. Sandwiches were remade with about half the normal amount of meat and veggies and basically no sauce. Highly unimpressed. I love subway but I will not be returning to this location again.

Lisbon St subway made the best sub I’ve ever had at a subway, it wasn’t soggy, it had a good topping to meat ratio, and it was ready by the time I got there on my work lunch break!

I went in and got a chopped salad at 1pm on 2/21/18. There were two men and one woman working. The woman was very rude. She let out a big sigh when i told her i would get a chicken chopped salad and rolled her eyes as i asked for the multiple ingrediants i get. As far as im concerned a customer should never feel an inconvenience when ordering their food. If you hate your job you should have gone to college or done something better with your life. In then mean time fake a smile and complain about me when i walk out the door. Very disgusted with her attitude behind the line, its a good thing the two men are always kind to make up for her poor customer service. Not a good look for the company .

The staff here is always top notch. They great you with a smile and make the interaction personal. I have seen them stay late to help customers and did it laughing with a smile. They are amazing.
