i’m not one for bad reviews. especially because i understand things can be busy, hell, i work at subway. but i have genuinely never messed up a sandwich this bad. i placed a mobile order (i’ll attach the receipt and the sandwich i got below) and the sandwich is pitifully wrong! no dressings (maybe oil, which i don’t like) no parmesan cheese, didn’t add the extra olives, plus added ONIONS??? plus, they put some black wilted pieces of spinach on it, too. i know it goes bad quickly but flipping the line and being picky with the leaves you choose is your friend! as someone who works at subway mobile orders are the EASIEST to do because it says it RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. what were you guys thinking? it wasn’t even busy!!

So there were 2 ladies working one younger red haired girl she was nice plesent and made customers feel welcom. Now what i think was store manager was rude cold and very direct . If i come back and she working i wilould not spend my money here

In response to Jamie O’s review. This was the day I made the incredibly painful decision to help my 14 and a half year old dog cross the Rainbow bridge. I was doing my best to maintain myself but was absolutely devastated. As a manager if there is no one to cover the shift I am required to stay. I hope you and your family never have to feel this devastation and heartbreak. Have a wonderful day and please try us again. I promise normally I am very upbeat and love my job and team. You just happened to catch me of one of the worst days I have had in a very long time

Here’s what i want to know…why do my sandwiches never ever look like the ones in their adds? I guess they need their sandwich stylists for ads and tv appearances to actually make the sandwiches in the stores!!! False advertising

I have never had a bad experience here. Thomas, went above and beyond for us tonight by cooking one serving of meatballs so we didn’t have to wait. Everyone is always super friendly and in a good mood. Thank you Windham Subway!

Marked my mobile order as ready, but it wasn’t. Clearly trying to better their service times. It was ready 12 minutes after it was supposed too. Staff was even nasty because I had clearly been waiting, didn’t even say anything. 7/30 @ 12:32 pm.

Thomas helped us and he was absolutely wonderful. He knew the menu by heart, assisted me with the ingredients of that particular sandwich. I think I have a new favorite thanks to him. Top notch service.

Manager Courtney was extremely polite informative and professional. She knowledgeabley guided my navigation of the menu with my high risk dietary restrictions at heart. Made experience all about the guest and did every job in the restaurant on her own. Felt just like home.
Will be returning and sending in others.
