I contacted them about checkout issues with the app. I explained the issue to the person that said they were the manager. He said to come in and he would work it out. Unfortunately when I got there after I placed my order there was no manager and neither to the two men working offered to help and said who ever I spoke with was not correct and they couldn’t help. Needless to say I was overcharged $20 and received absolutely terrible service from the acting asst manager.

Honestly such a disappointment to the subway name, every time I come to Naples there are nothing but problems. To start my little sister wanted food and subway is the closest to where we live so with her money she decided to get a sandwich for herself. The order came out to quite a bit so I requested the receipt which the girl has hesitate to give me. Turns out two drinks that we did not get were added onto our order. When I said something and requested a refund she came back with “we don’t do refunds” and continued to argue until I said I’d just be back in the morning. Luckily when I went back in the morning and the manager refunded us, so I thought all was settled. Tonight I put in a mobile order to get my boyfriend food. I showed up about 10 minutes after the order said it was ready to find one of my sandwiches not done. The same girl went to help another with their order without continuing mine- at this point it was about half an hour after I put it in. I hear her offer for the woman she just started helping a foot long ghost pepper bread. Not thinking much of it, I just continued to wait until the man went into back to what I assumed was to start my other sandwich, but then quickly comes to me to tell me they are out of the ghost pepper bread I had ordered more then half an hour ago and sold the last one while I was actively waiting on my Order so mine had to be substituted… they obviously need a little more training when it comes to making orders in the correct way they come in, mobile order shouldn’t be getting put off to people coming into the store because at the point what the hell is the point of mobile orders or having an app?

Or the first time this has happened. Got our order home, both sandwiches were on the wrong bread and my steak and cheese wasn’t even heated. Call to voice our complaints and the girl was so rude. Really…cold steak and cheese? Don’t order here
