I made an order to the wrong location. Showed up at bridgton within 5 minutes of making the order. The refused to make the order because it was made at the wrong location. Called the location 15 min away 40 times. The phone rang for the first 10 times. Then proceeded to be busy as if they took the phone off the hook.

They can never make a sandwich right. Ever since the new owners bought this location it has been trash.
Lettuce it always bad.
Don’t do to go orders or they will forget half the sandwich.
I highly suggest subway on 302 in Westbrook. They treat you correctly and definitely know how to make a subway sandwich.

Ordered Online. Arrived after my order said ready. It was not. After watching for several minutes, I received my order. It was wrong. They gave me the wrong cookies.
Part of the order was “The Beast” sandwich. The person who ate it did not finish it, saying it tasted sour and was very bad.

Food was good but the sandwich preparer was either new or inadequatly trained. It seemed he had something else on his mind.
The restaurant was newly remodeled and very clean but the music was so loud you couldn’t a conversation. Also a customer 2 tables from us was watching something on his phone and had the volume extremely loud trying to overcome the loud music.
If I go there again, which is doubtful, I will get my sandwich and eat in the cat.

The woman that was making the sandwiches for us was very helpful in instructing the young man that was learning to make sandwiches for another person that was before us.
She was very nice and the food looked really good too.
She made the sandwiches just like we wanted… the only thing I miss is that there is not any Swiss cheese… but I was able to get avocado which I love as well so tried to be understanding.
I loved the little decorations that they had placed around for Christmas… it was festive and nice. The young man that was learning rang up the sale and he did a good job following her directions. He seemed very nice… he gave us a good buy greeting. I wish him well.

Edit: The last two times I’ve been in completely changed my mind. The two people I saw were nice, professional, and made quality sandwiches despite it almost being closing time. They’ve definitely won back my business. I’m not sure what their names were but one was a younger looking guy (im not sure the day) and the other was a blonde girl on May 30th.
I went in at 8 on a Monday and I’ll admit it’s annoying when people go into a store right before closing time but I thought that an hour was long enough. Apparently the employee didn’t and was super rude. The food was okay though
