This is a sit down place, but you have to order at the counter and pay ahead. Their menu is simple and you can do combos to share between 2 people for $50+, or simple orders.
Note: They can get a little busy during dinner time and there’s only one server who goes in and out through the back to the kitchen and then back to the front. So be patient if you are ordering and they’re not at the counter.
Staff in server lady was friendly and very helpful since it was our first time there and ordering.
Between the two of us we ordered the combo plate that had the chicken, beef, shrimp with vegetables and then we upgraded and paid extra for fried rice.
The fried rice was tasty, but very oily!
The combo plate, shrimp, and meat were cooked well and tender. The chicken was so dry — it was difficult to eat… . There is plenty of food for the two of us. It did come with soup or salad and we chose soup, but the soup was too salty!
I liked the sauces that they give you and the bitter garlic is amazing!
This is a good upgrade to a fast food joint and definitely would come back if hungry but I won’t order the chicken again not the extra extra salty soup.
The parking lot is shared with all the other establishments in the area.
There’s one restroom in the restaurant and it’s pretty clean and doesn’t smell — thank goodness!!

Really enjoyed how easy and casual the experience was. They serve hibachi-style food without the chef cooking in front of you, which makes it perfect when you just want to sit down and enjoy your meal without the whole show. The flavors were great and everything came out hot and satisfying. Such a solid spot for a no-fuss hibachi-style meal.

The food is good. Slightly over priced. Most hanachi places include the fried rice with the meal, they up charge $3. Most places give you 2oz cups, at least 2 of the garlic butter with your food. They use 1oz cups and only give you one. The soup is slightly too salty but otherwise good. They charge extra for vegetables that other places include for free. You’re better off price wise going to the bachi Express food truck in North Long Beach. If they don’t change their price structure they won’t be around because they charge like they’re Benihana and you mind as well go to Benihana for the same cost.

Mario was awesome!! You can tell he enjoys what he does! It was great watching him cook the food! Lots of selections to pick from. Got the Lobster tail and filet mignon! Both were seasoned and cooked perfectly! So good with the vegetables and yakisoba noodles! Don’t forget the sauces!!

First time going & the food was delicious! The Co-owner Mario was a very nice helpful guy. He made sure our experience was great & even suggested what we should get to feed both my gf & I. We ordered the Premium #2 which was chicken, NY steak & filet mignon, it came with rice, veggies, salad & miso soup. Mario even helped choose our sauces by our preference in taste, I like spicy she likes sweet & he knew exactly which 3 to serve us. The whole experience here was great felt very welcoming & enjoyable we definitely will be coming back!

Chef Mario was accommodating and the food was great! The atmosphere and look of the restaurant is beautiful with bold colors and a great design. The fried rice was flavorful, and everything tasted pretty good. We got the chicken and shrimp hibachi with vegetables, as well.
