On Saturday my coworkers and I had bought three subs want to say it was right around 11:00 a.m., didn’t have nothing but white bread , bread was hard as a rock, when call to complain about the bread and asked to speak to management we was told there’s no Management on,the girl that answered the phone was awesome she was polite took our phone number was supposed to give me a call back about the Bread and sandwiches, here it is 5 days later still have not heard from them, not good customer service.. Promise I will never go to that particular place again, not the first time gotten hard bread, will be the last time..

Went in to grab lunch today for my mom and I and got rudely pushed through the line after I gave my mom’s order was never asked if I wanted anything else and he went right to the next person and made his two sandwiches. Also asked for sliced onion on my mother’s order and he proceeded to wrap it up and I pointed it out again.

I’ve never received worse service in my life! They have some absolutely dreadful employees currently. The man who made my food during my last visit was down right abysmal, he was rude, snappy, strung out, and obviously not a good fit for this job. I went months without coming to this store , and after this , definitely will not be back! Not worth the environment that they have created inside this establishment.

Giving a two instead of a one because I love the people who work there and the food is usually great. But their service and management is terrible. I called to order a party platter for tomorrow (24 hour notice is what most people ask for) and the woman I spoke to said they can’t do it. There was no negotiation or hesitation in her speech, just flat out can’t do it. They wouldn’t have enough bread and the manager wasn’t there to talk to about it. She suggested I come in and order 16 actual subs instead, AS IF that would save them bread?!?!

Grabbed a sub here at this Subway during our drive. The staff were polite and greeted us right away. The sub was made fast and there was no waiting. The sub itself was basic and nothing special in terms of taste. It was a typical subway with typical selections. But overall a good experience.

I have never had a problem with the freshness of the food. The trouble started with Covid and a worker with poor hygiene. One of the employees wears a mask that is too large and keeps adjusting and touching it with his food service gloves on, then goes tight back to handling food! I walked out when I saw this recently. Too bad because it was a good low fat and convenient lunch option for me. Can’t risk it.

One of the best Subways I’ve been too. Visit several times a month. Also happy to see Kaylee who always has a smile and is very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products available. I’ve also noticed this worker is always there and ready to help fellow employees as needed and also jumps around from one job to the next always keeping busy. We need more friendly, knowledgeable, go getters like this young lady.

My girlfriend and I have been going here for years and have had great service up until recently. A new worker by the name of Steve clearly has poor higene, with stringy/greasy hair and a full beard with no beard net (which should be required while working in the food industry). There is no friendly greeting nor does he talk at much all, except to give the total of the order(s). On one occasion, when my girlfriend had gone on her lunch break (which is short) he was sweeping the floor and completly ignored her when she came up to the counter. A worker from Aroma Joe’s had to tell him there was a customer and he acknowledged the fact, but contined sweeping, making her wait even longer before taking her order.
