Never once had a good experience at this location, and today was no exception. The employees ignored us for 7 minutes, then when we walked out they just said “sorry guys”. Both employees appeared to be on hard drugs at the time.

1. Was suppose to open at 9 am. We got there at 11:15 am and it was still not open. 2. Limited items. Forget tomatoes, cucumbers, some cheeses, the tuna fish was the bottom of the container and dried out. The weird thing is there was a box that said tomatoes and they claimed they had none. 3. If you want good food and your monies worth DO NOT GO THERE. You cannot even get what you want on your sandwich and you are still charged the same terrible price. The Walmart guy said some days no one even shows up to work. Is it any wonder ?

They only had two kinds of bread available and the employee looked so annoyed to be There and actually have to help customers, I felt like a bother just ordering lunch, I tried to be extra nice and not too demanding but she just seemed so angry. I was at Subway #28971-0 at Walmart on Tenney Mtn Hwy and experienced extremely courteous service from Adam Brett. Not only did he extend great service to me but also to the woman before me (who handled ALL her requests valiantly)! I’ve been in customer service for over 40 years, and was impressed with Adam enough to ask him how I could extend a compliment through his company. They were out of the bread we wanted ,and also out of avocados,which is supposed to be included with the sandwich. This facility is inside a Walmart,there was a visible pile of avocados right around the corner.Still charged us 14.00, did not offer to add more vegetables or chicken.

Placed a order today for pickup @ 4:30, went in and saw that my sandwich was not yet ready. Left Walmart around 5 and it was still not ready so I left. Lucky it was only $10 they legit forgot completely about my order so I just left. When walking out they were not busy AT ALL and nobody was even behind the counter.

The employee let is know on entrance he was closing in 15 min. I have gotten Veggie Delights for years and it was skimpy. We lived 1 and half hour away and were getting something to eat before we headed home. Sorry we came 15 min before closing but we were only getting 2 subs.
