The food here is soooo good. I came here a handful of times and I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness. On top of that I love the fact that they are located in a gas station where there are plenty of options to dine in. Overall I’d give this place nothing short of 5 stars!!

First time here and will be a repeat customer. Birdbox has great value and even better tasting food. I got their monthly special, the firebird, and as a combo (fries/tater tots and a drink) was only $10. The corn ribs are a must buy and were only $5. Big portions, great flavor, I will definitely be back to try their tenders and wings

Had a great lunch from BirdBox today. Smash Burger, Tots, Tenders were all delicious. Hot, well-seasoned, and enjoyable. Great service from the whole team, and the kitchen and service areas were clean and tidy. You can tell there is a passion there for serving a great meal.
Plenty of parking, lots of room to sit and eat if you would like, or take it to go.

I’ve gone here three days in a row and usually enjoy their food. It’s good, clean, and affordable for what you get. However, today (1/22/2026 around 7:30 PM), my experience was disappointing.
They messed up my order and forgot the two extra ranches that I paid for. I ordered five chicken tenders, requested Nashville hot, and a CBR wrap. The chef took chicken tenders that were sitting under the heat lamp in front and put them straight into the box. I don’t know how long they had been sitting there, and on top of that, he forgot to add the Nashville hot sauce. When I got home, I ended up with cold, plain chicken tenders.
The CBR wrap was also off. I’ve had this wrap twice before, and this time it was overly watery and salty. It was only wrapped in paper instead of being placed in a paper box like usual, so ranch leaked all over the bag.
What makes this more frustrating is that while I was waiting, the manager (or gas station owner) came over to talk to me. I told him how much I loved the food and that it was my third day coming to this location—only to go home disappointed.
The first two visits were amazing, which is why I came back. On those days, a different chef (black gentlemen) made my food, took his time, and packaged everything properly.
If you’re ordering to go, make sure to check your order before leaving.

Ordered the smashburger combo and 2 piece chicken. Was a tad too salty for me but other than than it was very flavorful, portions were plentiful for the price. Outstanding customer service. Will be back to try other items on menu.

Omg. So good. Probably the best burger I’ve had in my life. I’ve had a lot of burgers. I must be dreaming. I’m going to get another one, eat it, go home and slap my mama. (Edit) I went back a couple weeks later and the burger they gave me was not the same
