I have lived in the area for some time now and today was my first time stoping into this establishment. I must give credit where it is due! Absolutely amazing staff lovelynn and harry are so nice and welcoming! The restaurant is super clean, the food is so fresh and just an amazing experience! Way healthier choice than McDonald’s and makes a great lunch! Thank you guys!

I visited your Hillsborough location on a Saturday 12/20 at 1030ish in the morning and was greeted by a young blonde girl who went above and beyond to help me. She was as friendly as one can be and put a big smile on my face which is sometimes hard to do. Please tell her she is a great worker and that I will surely return for more service from her. I wish I knew her name but hopefully somehow this will get to her. A big thank you to her. She made my day.

I have frequented this location for the last 10 years or so. I have been pleased each time, moreso today. I made an online order when passing through Hillsboro today. The inside of the restaurant was immaculate along with the bathroom. The workers were very friendly and the service was fast.

So today I made a mobile order and I ordered a steak and cheese sub. I was pretty excited as it was the first thing I will be eating all day however, I got back to my office and I found out that my steak and cheese sub only has the veggies in the sauce I have ordered with it. There was no meat and no cheese and it was burnt I have tried contacting the subway to see what happen because I’m not mad But I want to know why this is has happened to me for the third time I am very upset with the money I have wasted as well as the amount I’m time I’ve called. I will never go through subway ever again.

How can you constantly run out of meatballs? Is the manager too dumb to plan ahead? This is embarrassing for you! Mobile order show up for food nope no subs because no meatballs at 5pm on a Saturday! About done ordering from this place! This isn’t the first time either!

The person working up until closing was very helpful. I appreciate the great service he gave, even at closing time (which is 1/2 hour earlier than indicated on the app.).
The food was mostly good, but not all the veggies were fresh, especially the cucumbers.
I tried calling this place before driving there to ask about an online order I was about to place, to be sure they’d still be open when I arrived. There was no answer after at least 10 rings. I didn’t like the app.
Update: I ordered online and picked up my order in the store. Whoever put my order together did NOT follow the directions I included.
