I brought my family here on Monday 1/19 around noon-1pm. We ordered a large pizza well done, breadsticks and drinks.
When the pizza came out it was severely undercooked, like just slob that was barely heated up. Told the server and she apologized saying they had 200 pizzas going through the oven. No problem (even tho that info would have been appreciated beforehand) , they took it back to cook longer. Brought it back out and keep in mind we’re not picky pizza people at all, I mean we eat Ledos all the time… but this was disgusting. Even my 4 year old couldn’t stomach it. It was like biting into cardboard. I told the server to which she apologized again saying they have someone new making the dough. All she offered me was a free pizza for next time.
We left with the entire 18 inch pizza on the table, maybe 2 bites taken out. No refund and even left a tip (because you have to pay and tip beforehand here -ridiculous)
So after over an hour of wasted time I had to take my family to Panera to get food.
And before you (Ledos) tell me “how sorry you are and to follow this link to tell you more” I did follow that link on one of the other bad reviews left. Filled out the form with this exact story saying you should refund the pizza. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.
So anyone reading this, don’t be fooled by the appearance that Ledos is following up with these bad reviews. It’s more than likely a bot or scripted response. I wanted to do you the courtesy of reaching out directly considering we’ve patronized your establishment a lot but after 5 days with no response I’m leaving it here.
So please don’t go telling me you’re sorry and how you want to hear more at Ledos.com. You have the info. We wasted $45 and still had to go eat somewhere else.
I’ve had so many great experiences with Ledos in the past… but it really only takes one bad one (with zero regard to make it right) for you to lose a customer.
Keep your free pizza.

I’ve been a loyal Ledo’s customer for over 10 years and have visited many locations. Unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had.

We ordered a Meat Lover’s pizza and 12 wings — a usual favorite — but the quality was shockingly poor. A third of the pizza only had pepperoni, and the rest of the toppings were sparse and uneven. The wings had barely any Old Bay seasoning and tasted bland.

Spending $42 on a meal that felt thrown together is frustrating and disappointing. This location clearly doesn’t hold the same standard as others, and I won’t be returning. Really unfortunate coming from a brand I’ve trusted for so long.

Update second attempted!!

This is our second attempt at the Towson Ledo’s , and again, it falls short. We ordered a $30 large all-meats pizza, but what we received was essentially a cheese pizza with pepperoni and a few pieces of sausage sprinkled on top.

I’ve been a loyal Ledo’s customer for nearly 10 years, and we usually go to the White Marsh location—which always delivers on quality and consistency. I’ve included comparison photos so you can see the difference between White Marsh and Towson. For $30, I expect a much higher standard.

I do appreciate the owner providing a gift card to try again, but unfortunately, the result was still the same. I even gave the store a heads up when placing my order about my previous experience! I cannot recommend this location, as it doesn’t reflect the Ledo’s brand or value I’ve come to know. White Marsh remains the far better choice. Towson would benefit from learning from their approach to making pizzas the right way.

I wouldn’t come here for just the pizza, but they make a good chicken fettuccine Alfredo.

Cute little place in Towson, right next in the Towson Place shopping center. Convenient place to sit down and grab a bite.

Tables are usually dirty. They don’t make a habit of cleaning them before someone has to ask. This place isn’t busy enough that someone couldn’t do rounds and bus tables every so often.

The kids that work here look like they just rolled out of bed. I’m not one to judge based solely on appearance, but stained sweats and crocs hardly seem like work-appropriate attire. The work ethic is reflected in your dress.

Nothing stopping me from coming here on occasion, but nothing keeping me from going somewhere else instead either.

Overall: ★★★☆☆

Grabbed dinner for my family. The food was good (pizza and wings). I’d asked for the wings to be well-done, but they were not. The garlic parm flavor was good nonetheless. Autumn was very pleasant and provided great customer service when I picked up the order.

Service was quick, pizza was ready again the time promised. The crust was not well-dobe as requested and the sauce was too sweet. Overall still a decent pizza, I love the square shape and smaller sliced. A whole pizza actually last a lot longer.

I’d say overall, pretty good. Ssoooooo happy to see a chain restaurant incorporate halal. I literally just heard 2 days ago, Ledo now has beef pepperoni & sure enough went to grab a beef pepperoni pizza for the Ravens game. Also ordered the Mike’s hot honey old bay wings w/ Bleu cheese. Pretty good also.

This Ledo’s is okay, but honestly not worth the price. The food tastes fine, but for what you get, it feels pretty overpriced. Service is also slow — it always seems to take longer than it should to get your food. Not terrible, just not great for the cost or the wait. Another thing to note, they will tell you it will take 20- 30 minutes to pick up your food, but it always takes longer.

I ordered the white pizza and it feels like I’m eating a large Cheez-it. The fried ravioli was decent. The restaurant was clean but my fork was dirty and the knife was bent? The people at the counter/servers were super patient and helpful though! All in all, we should have gone to Panda Express.
