We have stopped at the subway a few times because it’s convenient. Each time we’ve stopped we’ve noticed that there’s typically only one person working. When I stop tonight there was only one person however it was not busy. When the person was making the subs he just dumped lettuce on half of it. Then I asked for spinach he took a handful and he basically dumped it on top so it went all over. When I asked for tomatoes he only put 3 on a foot long sub so I asked for more. We also got a meatball sub and he barely put any sauce on it. You either need to train staff better or hire people who will do the job. I probably won’t go back to this one even though it’s super convenient. I took a pic of the meatball sub. It doesn’t even look like there are any meatballs in it. I tried opening the sub but it was stuck shut.

Today was the best experience I’ve had there within the last month of me coming to this place, you can tell that everything has changed for the better. By far the manager that took over is on top of her game. No lack of ingredients, she seem to enjoy her job and take pride in doing it right thanks btw. This place is an absolute joke. Placed a large online order last night, arrive to the store at the time it said, and it was closed. No lights on, doors locked. This was on a Friday night at 6pm. The other times I’ve been here were also lacking good service and offered lower quality subs, even by subway standards. I Hope that it being closed is a permanent situation, because it doesn’t deserve to be open, at all. Would give it 0/10 if I could.

It pains me to be harsh considering this was once my favorite Subway, but I simply can’t recommend it.
I placed a mobile order earlier today approximately 15 minutes prior to when I arrived at the store. When I got there, there were three walk-ins, two mobile orders, and one employee “working” who seemed to lack any sense of urgency. I watched no fewer than 3 walk-in customers enter and leave before getting their order taken.
I was there for 20 minutes before my sandwich was even started and the guy at the counter was taking his time doing so, and mind you, there was hardly a line.
Other than that, the food itself was typical mediocre Subway quality and at least the bathrooms and counters were clean, hence the 2-stars.

We got the special two for one subs.. they were not edible. The bread was very stale and old and falling apart. The ham tasted like it was off. The lettuce on the Italian was old and wilted and smelled like garbage. I’m wondering if I might need to call the board of health. I will never order from this Subway again.

By far one of the worst run Subway locations. They consistently turn away walk in customers in favor of online ordering. I worked next door renovating an apartment for a month, stopped in 4 times. Only once was I able to actually buy a sandwich. The produce bins are always frozen over, and the staff is a bit rude. Today I walked in, there were maybe 3 or 4 people in line, and I was told “we’re closed it’s too busy”. Four people. In a quick service sub shop. And that’s too busy? There were literally 3 cars in the driveway lol. Avoid this location at all costs, there’s other food options in the area.

Cooks are Genuinely incapable of toasting a sub. It’s not like a oh they made a mistake it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve ordered from here. Don’t waste your money here it is a Waste.
