Place was dirty…bathroom disgusting and no toilet paper either.

for starters the women at the counter was coughing all over the food, charged me extra for a specialty sandwich when i only got a 6” turkey byo and on top of that after having a few bites of my sandwich the pickle was brown and rotten. looks like mold to me, bf thinks its just brown, either way its gross and not at all what i expected for lunch

your teenage boy staff put a sign on the door saying there was no bread and had about 10 friends in the lobby basically having a party. super inconvenient after a long day just trying to get dinner on my way home. do better with your staff or give up.

We came at 12:40 on a Saturday and they had exactly ONE sub roll left. How does Subway, which is a sandwich shop, not have any rolls to make their sandwiches on a Saturday afternoon. Mind you there were only three other guests on the store at the time.

New owners so I am removing my negative review of the previous owners customer service.
Ordered simply tuna and cheese explaining that we have a food allergy to bread. After paying $13 for it, it was explained to me that I was charged for a bowl less everything other than the tuna and cheese. I said I had wanted a small tuna sub less the bread. The manager argued with me saying I ordered a bowl. Unbelievably poor customer service.i walked out without a refund and with a store manager (woman I believe) who was simply the worst example of customer service I have seen in a long while. Will not return.

Food was very good, the sandwich maker today was very good at making the food and handling the 6 people she had in a timely manner. However I did not like the bathroom today, definitely could have used cleaning attention. Food was good and will definitely return for another sandwich in the future.

I want to give a shout out to the two guys working at the store tonight. They deserve to have praise sung from the mountain tops. My wife and I showed up for some dinner (we’re driving back to NY from Maine) and as we’re ordering this obnoxious self entitled guy comes in and starts just being so rude that my wife and I ate in our car that we’ve been driving in for hrs just to avoid this guy. These two employees kept calm and polite the entire time. Kudos for them taking the high road!

I’m giving it 2 stars because they don’t accept coupons, they seem a little more expensive, and they close before they should. The hours on the door clearly states “closes at 8”. It says the same online. I have driven past it around 7:10pm and it is closed. Update your hours if you close early.

The food was alright; as expected from subway, honestly a bit sub par now that I think of it….
However, my seemingly smooth transaction with the kind young lady who prepared my sandwich and whom I even tipped and gave a compliment on her hand tattoo…. Ended with two young gentleman(I assume Bedford High Students) who followed me to my mother’s car then proceeded to kick the rear bumper to gain my attention. The boy accused me of making rude comments towards the staff and to “never show my face at this location again.”
Mind you, this is after leaving a 35% cash tip in the jar full of nothing but pennies, complimenting the young lady’s butterfly tattoo, and wishing them all a happy holidays.
Be mindful of the children you hire just because you’re desperate for employment.
I will never give this location nor any subway my business ever again.
