No rotisserie chicken, no guacamole, bread looked old so, got protein bowl with a disgusting rubber chicken. Disappointing.
New owners so I am removing my negative review of the previous owners customer service.
Ordered simply tuna and cheese explaining that we have a food allergy to bread. After paying $13 for it, it was explained to me that I was charged for a bowl less everything other than the tuna and cheese. I said I had wanted a small tuna sub less the bread. The manager argued with me saying I ordered a bowl. Unbelievably poor customer service.i walked out without a refund and with a store manager (woman I believe) who was simply the worst example of customer service I have seen in a long while. Will not return.
However, my seemingly smooth transaction with the kind young lady who prepared my sandwich and whom I even tipped and gave a compliment on her hand tattoo…. Ended with two young gentleman(I assume Bedford High Students) who followed me to my mother’s car then proceeded to kick the rear bumper to gain my attention. The boy accused me of making rude comments towards the staff and to “never show my face at this location again.”
Mind you, this is after leaving a 35% cash tip in the jar full of nothing but pennies, complimenting the young lady’s butterfly tattoo, and wishing them all a happy holidays.
Be mindful of the children you hire just because you’re desperate for employment.
I will never give this location nor any subway my business ever again.
