Not all Chipotles are created equally. This location has missed the mark again and again. The untrained juvenile staff at this store play in people’s food and do little to remedy issues that arise. The store is filthy and something is always wrong with their “system” when it comes to checking out or redeeming rewards.

When we finally got our food, the rice was undercooked and hard to chew, like it was only halfway done. On top of that, the portions looked noticeably smaller compared to other locations.

This was one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever walked into. The food station was a complete mess, with rice and food all over the counter and the tables were left dirty with trash sitting on them. On top of that, they were out of both chicken and steak, which is unacceptable for a place like this. It was clear no one cared about cleaning or restocking. I didn’t even bother ordering—I left immediately I was upset bec I really wanted some chipotle This location really needs serious attention to cleanliness and management.

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to and it’s not close. Staff are inattentive and too busy conversing with each other to make the bowls or ring you up. That doesn’t even bother me that much, what’s worse is the bowls are always absolutely awful. The rice is always hard and undercooked, hot items are always cold, and overall flavor is a bit off. You would think there would be more consistency across locations for a company this big, but I guess not.

I ordered a Sofrito bowl and there is chicken in it. I was so hungry. I didn’t even stop to look at it. When I took a bite, I started to chew And realize the consistency of the Sofrito was different. That’s when I noticed it was chicken. I forced myself to throw up. I haven’t had Meat since 2019. I was completely disgusted. It was just basic negligence.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. I stopped here because I needed something to eat after my appointment. You did have one sweet young lady there but the cashier was a no. She was acting like the customers were bothering her we didn’t tell you to apply to that job you did. Asked about the wait for chicken she said 15 minutes ok cool I’ll wait, she ain’t even say nothing when the chicken was ready. You can’t redeem any rewards there and when I asked her why she said I don’t know I just started working here. If you can avoid this location please do!!!

Unfortunately due to the high turnover at the store and maybe even the age of most of the employees customer service is almost nonexistent here. Also if you mobile order ahead they will just give you whatever they have an not follow the instructions. I purposely ordered on Uber eats for pickup and watched as they made a burrito bowl for me with completely different meat than requested and not at all the condiments I selected. Yes the item I ordered was low, but that’s why they have a grill to make more along with multiple employees though so often they like to just stand around chatting instead of working.

honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been at a worse chipotle location than this one. let’s start, I walk in and there’s no ac it’s burning hot with a disgusting stench . I’m waiting in line and no one acknowledges me for a good 7 minutes. I don’t know what happened with their rice today but it wasn’t even cilantro lime, it was plain nasty rice with no taste. I ask for EXTRA protein and PAY for EXTRA protein and still get the bare minimum. Even the chicken tasted so unseasoned. Not to mention again the horrible service. They were playing a loud speaker and barely engage with customers . The music was so loud I kept having to repeat my order … like where is the management and where is the structure ? The biggest waste of $20 I’ve ever had and honestly I hope this review leads to me to talking to some manager of some sort of SOMETHING.Thee absolute worst chipotle location ever and I literally threw out my food after two bites

Apathetic and untrained staff. Not a meat eater but a PSA after watching people ask for double meat – don’t. It’s the same amount as a single serving. If anything, ask for a regular amount. After giving you the regular amount, then ask for double. Otherwise you are taken advantage of. Attitude from almost all staff members.
