I LOVE this subway. The workers are SO nice. They made me an amazing meatball sub that tasted so much like a pizza. I believe his name is Dave. He deserves a raise. Loved his energy. 100% going to come back to this one.

I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location today and called asking to cancel it, as I was about an hour from this location. I explained this to the kid that answered the phone who refused to be of any help and told me to do it in the app. There is no option in the app. He was rude with horrible customer service skills.
Jersy Mike’s have remade orders for me when I got held up and couldn’t pick up my order for 2 hours – and I didn’t even ask, they offered to do it.
This Subway location sucks. A few days ago I placed a mobile order and they told me that I didn’t. Turns out someone threw my ticket out and my food was never made.

Idk if the kid that was working this afternoon was going through something but he should really change his attitude. Very dismissive and not friendly at all. Not very polite either. Idk what happened to this place, I used to love it here – i’ll go to the other location from now on.

Woww. Worst customer service ever. That guy just doesnt care. Plus, skimpy sandwiches and less meat than other places. Veggies are often not fresh and wilted. Get it together!

Avoid this place! Management is horrendous. I’ve made a number of large orders and every time there is a huge issue. The 2 most frustrating: The first time, they only had one kid on the schedule (manager blew him off)- he was so overwhelmed, I ended up wrapping and packing just so he could get it done and it was STILL over an hour past the pickup time. This last time, I ordered online 48 hours in advance. We received a cancel notice 5 minutes AFTER they were due to be delivered! Let us scrambling to find food for a group of kids.

I stopped on my way home with my sister to buy dinner for my family which was a family of 6. Danielle was working by herself at 730 at night. Not only did she provide exceptional service but she did it with a smile. The line was practically to the door when we walked in but she handled every customer like they were the only one in the establishment. She was fantastic I don’t know who the manager is or the owner but you should be extremely proud to have someone like Danielle working in their establishment. I will be back because of how awesome Danielle was. I know how hard working in a business like this can be. Kudos to you and keep up the good work!!!

Usually quite good. The staff were friendly and courteous. Would likely have been 5 stars, except despite presenting my coupon prior to ordering, I wasn’t told that wraps were not part of the coupon. I found out at the register when the order was complete. The coupon stated “sandwich” and didn’t specify sub or wrap. If there are exclusions, it should be stated on the coupon. I would have ordered differently had I known. Instead, I paid full price so the staff wouldn’t be blamed or in trouble for wasting food when I changed my order.

With the redo of the restaurant you thought it would have got better. It is slower and offers less. This location does not serve tuna. The have the meat slicer but never seem to actually slice the meat in front of you. It’s still pre sliced, maybe just pre sliced in the morning? I know it’s pricier but I recommend going to Jersey Mikes one place down.
