This is the worst Subway in the country, it has to be. First, they don’t answer their phone. The message that you get tells you they are busy and you need to order online but when you get there, the employee is texting on their phone. This has happened at different times of day and different days as well. If the store is empty, why not answer the phone, you look ridiculous to the customer coming in to pick up their now online order. This particular Subway also has a LOT of false advertising. They honor the Subway promotions on a day to day basis depending on how they feel when they wake up in the morning. That’s awesome right?

Wish I could leave no stars. The manager SCOTT is extremely unprofessional and rude and doesn’t care about his job or the customers he serves. From a person who is in the industry I was truly appalled. His nasty and demeaning manor was disturbing. I asked for a number for someone above him he refused as he is the highest (ownership IS above him). Who ever owns this place (supposed to be a TOM) should be ashamed. I’m a hard working woman who spent the last of her money to order from this trash establishment, the order wouldn’t go through and they continue to hold on to that money, so now I have to starve today because this establishment has no care for its people (you know the ones that keep them in business). I will never return. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. The food isn’t even that great, D’Angelo is better. IF YOU WANT TO BE TALKED DOWN TO, PATRONIZED, AND DEHUMANIZED this place is the place.

Half of our order was not delivered! We had to drive to the shop to get the rest of the order. Got charged thirteen dollars and change for delivery that wasn’t complete. Never again they are horrible!!!

I went here for a BLT and they gave me a full on meat sandwich some other lady ordered. I also noticed the lady who’s sandwich I got was waiting for a second sandwich (the one I was given) after they got her order wrong the first time. Scott was who made and rung up my sandwich so I’m a little confused on how it was mixed up in the first place.

Ordered on line. Got there early and noticed the three workers sorta tripping over each other. Not like you generally see.. Opened up my sandwich which was supposed to be chicken caesar sub, but had no caesar dressing, dry dry dry. The other two subs were weak aswell. I think I will not go back there.
