The new owners are doing a great job. The store was clean and stocked. The line moved quickly and I tried the Supreme Meats for the first time. It was a great sandwich w all fresh topping. I’m sure the quality of the sandwiches will be much higher now! 10/10 would go again!

Haven’t been to this location in years until this past summer. The place is very well lit and clean under new ownership, as well as a very friendly atmosphere. The owners remember our orders from earlier in July and did a great job in preparing our sandwiches the way we like it! The presentation of my Veggie Delite sandwich was pleasantly appealing with an array of colorful, fresh and mouth-watering vegetables, as well as creamy avocado. My husband’s sandwich was packed full of tender chicken and hardy vegetables topped with a tasty barbecue sauce. The two courteous employees who prepared our food were very friendly, yet professional. One of them was even kind enough to assist me in explaining where to leave a Google review, after explaining to him that I was unable to after our last visit. We will most definitely be back! Not sure how this sandwich tastes like rubber and is tough to chew the mozzarella, which is yucky. It tastes like plastic as well. Asked for the bread to be toasted, wasn’t. Bacon, limp and gooey with the fatty parts. Cold sandwich that should have been hot and had some taste like actual food. Instead, this floppy, disgusting, and hard to chew sub is going right in the trash. What a waste of $12. Go back to $5 footlongs. At least those were edible.

I didn’t get the Hotshot Italiano(#23) but that’s what was on the receipt. Sandwich maker lied about the bread by saying it was the Italian bread, when it had no cheese melted into it. It was plain American white bread. The portion sizes for the vegetables were off.

This location has awful customer service & they refuse to accept subway coupons (coupons that are mailed from their own company to use at any subway location, go figure). Will never return to this location. For the full price of a sub here I am better of going to D’Angelo’s and paying a little more for better quality food! And instead of posting the “no coupons accepted” sign in the spot where you first order, they have the sign on the glass at the end near the register to force you to pay full price after you have ordered, very deceiving.

Heard that there was new ownership so my husband and I tried it.. not only was it delicious , but they actually took our coupon.. something the previous owners refused to do.. and the new owners were very nice, friendly, helpful and polite ! Go try them.. the food, overall, was so much fresher and bread was softer !
