Would love it if you could go into an establishment that could speak English. The veggies in the bins were all frozen around the edges and did not look fresh at all so I didn’t ask for anything on my meat.

I had a terrible experience with this location regarding an online order. There was a glitch with the address, and when I tried to call to correct it immediately, the staff ignored my calls numerous times. When they did pick up, they hung up on me.
When I finally got through, the employee was unhelpful and told me I had to “fix it myself online,” despite there being no option to do so. After that, they refused to answer the phone again. Completely unprofessional and zero effort to provide basic customer service. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

The soda machine is not clean at all! It has mold coming out of every station. We tried filling up with different options and every single soda option had a black mold speck come out of it. Brought it up to the attention of the worker there and he said it was sugar… how is sugar gonna be black??? The sandwiches are lightweight. They low portion everything. The owner also picks and chooses what sandwiches goes on the sale/coupon they mail you. MEANWHILE every other subway let’s you choose whatever sandwich you want. A 6 inch BMT and a drink came out to $14! They are just there for the profit and not the customer satisfaction. Worst experience ever. At least the vegetables were fresh. But with how much they put in mind as well not put any.

You never get fresh breads here. Especially if you order online, they don’t put much stuff in sub. When you go in store and ask them to add little bit more stuff, they give you kinda attitude or make weird faces.

Think I was food poisoned. Team services you like they want you out the store, as if inconveniencong them. They legit level the scoop of any meat you choose that requires it resulting in a ridiculously small sandwhich, but will overload on the old vegies no one wants. Last couple times I went to this location, the veggies seemed particularly “limp”. Lettuce mixed green yellow and brownish, Spinach looked old and the banana peppers and jalapeños discolored too and left with a stomach ache. Won’t be going back .

The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions are never fresh. They taste and look like it’s been sitting in the fridge overnight. When you have a sandwich you want fresh veggie toppings not old….disappointing

I would give zero stars if that was possible. Absolutely terrible service and very stingy/cheap with the toppings. The bread tasted stale and they only put 5 pieces of lettuce on my sandwich. They are very cheap I do not recommend this location. If you read the other reviews as well it’s insane how many stingy/rude comments there are.

The sandwich that I ordered was the chicken bacon ranch which looked like it was going to be delicious. When I bit into the sandwich I noticed the texture of the chicken. It was a horrible bite. It was like it was taken from a bag of imitation poultry. I don’t think I’ll give them my money again.

There was a guy there very rude. He was upset because I got the buy 2 get 1 free deal.
He didn’t want to put anything on the sandwiches. He even complain about the sauces. I forgot to add mayo on the order. I asked if I could have some. He started arguing saying that I don’t have it on my order he’s not going to put. I have to tell him that I would pay for the mayo. He was very unpleasant.
