From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. We were greeted and seated quickly and service did begin promptly. The restaurant appeared clean and our server looked well put together, as did other staff. The only kind of issue seemed to be that our server wasn’t having the best day and was a little short with us. He would nearly toss our plates and drinks on the table with a loud thud. This happened with all the tables he was serving around us. He was quick and accurate with his service though, so I didn’t mind a little extra salt with my dinner.

Upon arrival at 11:45AM. , we had to wait 25minutes for a server to arrive to work. We sat in the lobby and we’re not offered any drinks or anything. After we were finally seated 30mins later, we waited another 10 minutes for our server to greet us at our table and another 15 minutes before I had to go ask the hostess(nobody else could be found) if we could at least have our drinks. As the hostess was bringing our drinks, our server was already bringing our soups and salad before our drinks. We did not get refills of drinks or soup or salad and service was extremely slow! In total, we were there for several hours to have lunch because of the lack of employees and attention to service. We will definitely NOT return to this Olive Garden. We were hoping to have a better experience, celebrating a family members birthday! Customer service was very poor here

Ordered take out from this location and had it delivered by a friend I didn’t like the Alfredo, it tasted like it was missing something . I called for a refund CJ the GM, really went over and beyond for me. He sent beautiful Samantha to bring me new Alfredo TO MY HOSPITAL! Yes yal read it! So as I sit her and eat my last meal until Tuesday I thought I’d share with everyone how awesome CJ and his team are! Im so grateful and will be looking for you CJ next time I’m in for my spiked strawberry lemonades!
