I went to order food there expecting to also be able to get a fountain drink, only to be told after my sandwich was finished being made that the restaurant didn’t have running water. How on earth do you operate a food establishment without water? Fountain drinks aside, how on earth do you clean your tools/knives etc?
At least tell your customers BEFORE they order or put a sign up so they can make an informed choice, and perhaps a little customer service instead of acting like the customer is inconveniencing you when they want a drink.
And then the cash register has the gall to ask for a tip… at least the store seems clean enough…

I had a great visit to subway today. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my order was made quickly and exactly how I wanted. The veggies were fresh, and the sandwich tasted amazing. Highly recommend this location for a quick and healthy meal.

I love this place. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is fresh and it’s the only place that I’ve been to that puts a garlic aioli on their roast beef. It is delicious.

Just ordered here. We ordered UNsweet iced tea and the lady rang up a fountain drink. Went to get the drink – they only have sugar iced tea and other sugar drinks. Asked for a refund, she wouldn’t give it. And said “you can drink the water”?! $$ for tap water.

Terrible service. Do not come here. I see why they have a bad rep according to quite a few people. Apparently they overcharge and have signs that say no coupons. I’ve been to multiple subway locations and never had an issue. They are money hungry and will literally charge you 3 extra bucks or more for a simple swap like grilled chicken instead of rotisserie chicken. God forbid you decide how you want the sandwich you are paying for! It’s as if they want to make your sandwich just the way they would like without concern for your order. Pathetic and rude

I hadn’t been to Subway in over 10 years and I wanted to try the foot long pretzel. First, it’s not as big as shown on tv. Second, the older woman who took my order, didn’t tell me about the different dipping sauces. I said I wanted cheese sauce, but it’s actually honey mustard. She was ignorant and said there’s butter that’s put on the pretzel. The younger woman, who was the cashier, told me about the honey mustard dipping sauce. The cashier was more friendly than the woman who was taking people’s orders and making the food. The look on her face was like she didn’t want to be there. The pretzel was too salty and didn’t taste buttery at all. I won’t be going back. Jersey Mike’s makes better subs and they aren’t so stingy on their toppings. Also they really stuff their subs to the point they are spilling out.

1. They are stingy with the way they put their toppings on.
2. Even though they have the premeasured scoops for the chicken, they literally put in the bare minimum. My sandwich was bare on both ends.
3. They have been known to charge incorrectly- so just double check your receipt.
It’s a Subway so the food is standard, the restaurant itself is clean and the location is convenient.
